Bangladesh rail journey is not more comfortable than India.but most of the Bangladeshi people like train traveling.
Dear monu dada...u can try Bangladesh BUS journey for long route like dhaka to cox Bazar, Chittagong,Rajshahi,sylet etc. There is many different bus of the Bangladesh like scania,hundai,volbo,sleeper,double daker.and BUS name is Green line,Shohag,Grameen travels,etc. Its journey is more comfortable..than train

Requesting you to travel on Subarna Express or Sonar Bangla Express (Dhaka to Chittagong/Chittagong to Dhaka). Or you can travel Parabat Express (Dhaka to Sylhet/Sylhet to Dhaka). Will get better experience for sure.
