- We've done these type of ad revenue video before on the main channel but now it's time for this one, as it's a lot smaller and gets way less views.. what does a smaller channel actually make on TH-cam?

These ad revenue transparency videos are amazing Mike. One idea for a related video, how about a little behind the scenes of the process of how you make a video? Like how you brainstorm an idea and kind of take us along for the ride of how you plan out the videoing and editing. I think it would be cool to see that from your perspective.

Your pushups got better! More triceps and less shoulder stress! Locking out actually puts stress on the shoulder joint. Try and contract your lats more, lats stabilize your entire shoulder girdle. Keep grinding dude!

Mike, swimming is the answer for your shoulder pain. I was at the point of getting double shoulder surgeries because I was in a lot of pain and was no longer able to workout. I bought a house with a pool and was healed after one summer of swimming regularly! Give it a shot

Shoulder AC joint, one of mine is shot. I can't do any kind of flat bench, not even my old 135 warm up. Just change the angle a little bit and that helps a ton usually.

Keep your elbows tights against your sides, this will focus the exercise on your triceps and make it less about the shoulders. This is how fighters do pushups as it improves punching strength. 👊

I've been making TH-cam videos for like, a decade, and I only have 4.5k subscribers. I don't make much if any money on there. Ultimately just doing it for the love of the game at this point. Good to see someone break this down though.

You can also try to record daily activities like sometimes preparing your dinner or try some cooking too once in a while. It would be interesting to see a non-cooking guy cooking. Following you since late 2016 and fusion what if videos.
You are doing it right, locking out takes tension off the muscle which is not what you want. Can you not pec deck or cable crossovers? Ive been bodybuilding for a long time and ha e had shoulder issues of course but could always do cross body movements when i couldn't press.

I have a shoulder injury myself and do 100 to 150(2 to 3 sets of 50) almost everyday I find my shoulder is doing ok with that. I also do full gym workouts 6 days a week!

Just a suggestion. Since this channel is more of a personal vlog channel, how good are you as a cook? I've seen some youtubers do pretty good with simple dinner related videos from time to time as part of their channel uploads.
You should get some pushup bars, they make pushups way more comfortable.
Second thing: I have been wanting to start TH-caming for a while now. Maybe since 2014 maybe, I am not sure. Today and yesterday I posted some shots type videos. I only have 5 subscribers. I am wondering what I should post and what I could do to get up there. The TH-cam placks people have are very nice. I would like some assistance/advice. What suggestions do have for me?

I started a channel almost a year ago. Im no where near getti g monetized. Will i get monetized as long as i reach those numbers within a years time? This last month it has starting getting better. Just not gonna reach the subscriber count or watch hours in the 1st year. Thanks
