    Bended knees, preperation and through the ball hitting is what i see at 0:45. Starting tennis players are usually afraid to hit earlier but it has all the more benefits because you can then watch the ball better, hit it more solid and go through it with lots of topsin. Compare the two shots i mentioned in the previous comment and you will see what i mean. And don't forget, learn the splitstep to be at perfect position faster. Greetings ;-)

    Hey there. I read your forum post from Google and i wanted to say i think i know what's going on. It's you consistency. For example look at 0:38. Your hitting the ball late and also you are not quite in position to hit that powerful of a groundstroke. Also in the whole video i don't see a splitstep to prepare your movement when the opponent hits the ball. Next to that, your not hitting through the ball and kind of reaching it late. Now 0:45 is a good example how it should be done.
