    As I've been living in Germany for the past 12 years, I can confirm that yes, they can be that petty. It's like a matter of pride they won't talk about. Even so, they must have had a prior conflict that involved multiple parties for it to escalate so terribly. In the end they're brothers so something more than rivalry was the straw that broke the camels back.

    • @Metroid250
      @Metroid250 4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      The pettiness is REAL. I used to work at Customer Service for AIDA for about 2 years and I noticed their pettiness can be over-the-top sometimes. It's humorous though because I see a bunch of salty seniors. I was never bored at my job, I wish to go there again 😌

      That ain't nothing. In Detroit, two brothers ran a hot dog shop (Coney Island). They had a falling out so the one brother split from the business and he opened up a competing shop right next door! They are still there. One is American Coney Island (the original) and Lafayette Coney Island (name created from the street they're on). Many locals say you can only eat at one or the other, but not both.

    In my footballing days, everyone wore Adidas, and Nike boots. So I always went for Puma, Diadora, and Lotto to be different. Puma is much more popular now than back in the 1990's, it was still kind of niche back then. Diadora is really out there, and basically impossible to find now, at least in the United States, hence why I order mine directly from the company in Italy.
