Training the fast twitch muscles for explosive movements on the pitch. More of this should be done by all football players. Good diet, supplements and ample rest can do wonders for the athlete.

It’s called a “k box”. All the movements you do with it are eccentric which creates a whole lot of strength. Only downside is that they are very expensive. But if you find a gym that has them definitely use them.
