You’re probably the only person, let alone TH-cam video maker, I know of that when I hear you speak I can be 100% certain that what you’re saying is damn close to the truth; no bullshit, no self-aggrandizement, just sharing ideas and promoting that type of discourse.

yup he skipped over the blessed self aggrandizement since you love illuminating stupid people just like me
of course the intellect loves to separate and disassociate from feeling
and if you were in your body your feelings would have alerted you to a need to get warm before you got hypothermia
      normal logically!

I once read a book straight for 8 hours uninterrupted and suddenly looking up I had lost all sense of spatial distance. It became clear how I mentally gauged distance and depth as an automatic function. Everything lacked spatial placement and was an extremely odd experience. Haven't replicated it since. Not quite out of body but more so mental partitioning of baseline auto oriented mental functions. Without sense of depth everything was flat across.
Thinking further, I remember at the age of 11 or 12 waking up floating above the bed looking out the rear rectangular window high up on the wall. Rather than seeing the backyard I was looking at a mountain range. However, I felt whole body rather than that of disembodied, though I didn't attempt to move and felt the experience to be pleasant.
I remember a former Japanese girlfriend state that sometimes I was just a head floating around clear of my body. However, she also was afraid that my right eyeball was going to at some point fall out of my head. One eye is marginally sleepier than the other if in a relaxed state.
If out of body is akin to touching into a full mental state clear of body scope of vision then that's something I somewhat commonly experience. I'll snap out of mental work states only to find myself back within normal awareness. It's more than basic visualization but more so being swept away fully into whatever I am dealing with. Perhaps that's out of body but I make no effort to reflect on myself.

I had an out of body experience only once some years ago and it freaked me out. When it was happening I felt like vibrational energy waves and I had no body. I saw myself laying on my bed flat on my back asleep. That scared me right back into my body and jolted up out of sleep. I never had this experience again in my life.

Ever since after the truck crash in 2009 my life hasn't been the same. I'm just trying to understand it all as it manifests. This realm we exist in gets more bizarre every day. Too much suffering, not enough inner peace. I don't get it. People becoming their own worst enemy ... why?

I've had many surreal moments in life, on substances but even greater off them... One I had a few months ago, I was meditating out on my deck when I was renting an apartment, when I reached a point of silence, no thought, and suddenly my mind's eye was in this black room. I saw an orange goblin standing behind me, it looked like an orange sabaman from dragonball z... It reached out to touch me and as it almost touched me my neighbor upstairs opened her sliding door... She was standing about where the goblin was, and Her hair color was the same bright blood orange of the goblin... This was during a period of intense fasting in which I bonded with nature, birds in particular. When I would play guitar outside the flocks of birds would sing in harmony with the key I was in and on another meditation on the same deck a hummingbird appeared to me and hovered in front of my face for 20 minutes just staring at me then it would fly to a branch and sing then fly back and hover before my face, I could've coughed on it, very beautiful experience. I've definitely had many dreams of the future, always mundane visions but when they come to pass I am hit with an incredibly strong feeling of de ja vu.

I had a well documented Out of Body Experience when I was in High School in Louisville, KY - 1972. I was flying through the night winter air to my cousins in Paducah over 300 miles away. I dreamed that I was floating down from the air to be infront of their front door. I opened the door, their dog met me, I walked over to their grand piano and started playing the music I had written on their piano the previous summer. I heard the mantle clock strike 3am and heard someone in the upper second floor walking and coming down the stairs. I suddenly disappeared. The next summer, they read at the kitchen table from their journals, the exact things that occurred from their perspective, that I had written in my dream journal. IN GREAT DETAIL! An older couple in that town that worked with FBI, CIA AND SCOTLAND YARD, who were clairvoyant, came over to see and talk with me. They said I was extremely clairvoyant AND GIFTED. Later while in college, a lady in the large church in Lexington, in whose men and boys choir I sang in, would bow at me every time the choir came near her in procession. She was later asked why she did this. Her comment was that she saw a cloud of angelic beings circling over me and she told some of the men of the choir to look up, "THE CLOUD OF UNKNOWNING." Since then, I have had and still do have many visions and dreams that come true and unexplainable events in my life; including a very deep dream of the CLOUD OF UNKNOWING.

To live without working a job day in and day out, sapping most of my attention and energy, would be a step to metabliss for me. Going through the motions of 'life' is unfulfilling for me. Time for a different 'radio'. Wait, time is just a measurement. Unburden my radio. Hmmmm....

In my experience, an OBE while clear headed is much more lucid and amazing then it is while on certain substances, and I have done both. Ken, I’d be very interested to know if you have any techniques for getting out. I am an astral traveler as well, but I would like to get better at it! And man I totally get annoyed as well with people trying to downplay the whole experience... I think in many cases they’re jealous and so its easier for them to say something like “oh that sounds like a very interesting dream you had” than to accept they don’t experience this amazingly cool thing. And it is amazing, it has totally changed my whole perspective on existence. When you know you’re not just a body!

Your explanation comes close to describing my experience. In what may be an OOB experience, for me existing at a different 'frequency' results in different perception of emotions (my own and that of others) and perception of other entities (maybe they are at the same frequency?). Communication also occurs via non-verbal means that causes me to feel peace and joy, or at times shame or sadness. At the time I interpret what communication I receive, I feel certain at the time but on later consideration I often doubt my interpretation. Sometimes I have traveled to physical places far away and observed what appeared to be happening on the physical plane with no other interactions. This is my experience, though I've never really thought of it as OOB. For me it's like a curtain has pulled aside, or like finally seeing the stars exist when they were hidden by the blue sky all day - it's there (that different frequency) all the time, but just hidden. I never use any drug to reach these states, just meditation. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I would like to know if your experiences share any similarity to mine. Peace!

This happened to me once, but I'm just gonna chalk it up to a bad dream. Lol.
I dozed off at work, (not recommended, lol.) All I remember was a neurological sensation, like an electrical zap, in my mind. After that, I found myself hovering over the commons area, watching my co-workers. I even floated over to one co-worker in particular and read what he was looking at on his cell phone. 🤣 Very vivid, very surreal event.
After what seemed like several seconds, I came to,(woke up.)
I was overly tired and just began a new medication for hypertension. Hopefully, that's all it was! 🤣

I had one in the operating theatre. The male doing the op was very aggressive whilst I was under anaesthetic for a minor small in incision. He was raving and swearing saying where is the........
anethatist, there was only one female nurse in there and she darent speak. He didn't wait and carried on..Years later I wish to God I had asked for a investigation about that brute and they could have asked the poor nurse, I wish, so wish I knew whom that nurse was that day. When I was in recovery that same brut was slapping my face so hard to rouse me too quickly and with that same aggressiveness.. Oh this happened alright, I am so angry with myself for not speaking up. That brute scarred my emotions for life.. I watched him from above myself I could feel the numbish like deep foce of cutting me open. I hate him and I pray God brings him to book.. This has only happened to me either in conjunction with heavy medication, laughing gas, or twilight style anesthesia.. or in one or two occasions it happened when I was younger with physical trauma like after a bad fall.
The few times I can recall, I don’t remember the transition. Or as some people describe (especially DMT fans) a “pop” out of their body. In my experience, I just have a very slow and unsurprising realization that I’m standing slightly behind and above myself. I believe one time I was what felt like about 15 feet in front of myself looking at myself. But most times it feels like I’m watching myself in a dream or movie type situation.
Most recently it happened with heavy doses of nitrous at the oral surgeon. I’m not a fan of recreational drugs, and not an addictive personality. But for the first time in my life, I realized that I actually enjoyed that part of the experience. Of course the dental implants and repair of my broken jaw was not fun. But the out of body experiences were just very intriguing and satisfying. I heard this can be achieved in a dark room with deep breathing if you just lower the temperature a bit. Not even Kundalini, but just rapid, deep, and strong concentrated breaths. Haven’t tried yet, and doubt I will.

How about a show explaining Premonitions, to which I've had a few. Usually warning me of an upcoming personal event. One I didn't listen to, which resulted in a bad accident, ending me up in intensive care for 7 days. Or like the one a few years back where I dreamed of a hotel fire. Then, the next morning my four year old looks up at the smoke detector In the Hotel Room we were staying at, says to me "in my dream that thing didn't work." Upon prodding, I found out we had the same or very similar dream! Two nights later, 3 am and the fire alarms in the hotel start going off, we had to Evacuate

When I was a kid, I had an out of body experience. I was floating above the earth, above the blue sky. It started as a dream though. I was up there, and there was a velvet rope leading to a hot tub filled with a black substance. Then I started falling back to earth. Then it was like quickly zooming into Google Earth onto a single point. I came down right to the house I lived in, right into the corner where I was sleeping. Right when I hit the roof, I woke up.
I consider that a real event because I was a kid and somehow knew what the aerial view of neighbourhood looked like.
But it could just as well have been a vivid imagination.

I feel you on this one Ken, I to have wavered out of the carrier. Thoughts and feelings felt like the strings of an instrument. Felt experience was vibration on different “areas” of that transdimensional chord. All occurrences were simultaneous, there was no timeline really, more an emanation or radiation of “happenings” happening.. ah god it’s like I need a whole other language to speak on this.

want to do that without drugs and hypothermia (and it seams you like meditation) you just have to stay still for 30-45 mins ( do not move a muscle, it will be extremely twichy and fidgety you just have to resist that) you can look arround, practically it's like falling asleep with your eyes open (body goes bye bye and brain still works) and ... you should give it a try (it's a natural process of our body do not be afraid and do not overuse it)
p.s. like your way of thinking (keep it up and live long and prosper:D)

A quick and noteworthy addendum. In university I was told one of the marks of a fine “theory” was the level of coherency it produced, and along with this, it’s level of explanatory value. You applying basic Platonic principles were able to adequately provide understanding for so called “dissociative states,” the “mechanism” of which is still largely unknown to modern day psychology. And so another criteria was fulfilled, that of simplicity. Why then is traditional platonic logic given such little credence when it fulfills the requirements of modern day “scientists,” as exampled in this topic, and really, in all others? One must begin to wonder if the conscious obfuscation of basic principles of wisdom is not intentional. But why, if they are known to be productive?

Out of the body experience .. One has to find a way to hack in one's Ego that said and that means . You have to keep your ego buissy . One can do that with meditation music etc.. There are many ways .. After you bring your self to a certain state of mind like some kind of trance state . Ones third eye opens and step by step you go in to the geometrical world . Where everything has purpose and reasons . Well willing to go in is a big step . But if you are in the search become bigger . It's like 15 years ago when I first went in and there was no one day I didn't think on those experiences.. So know what you want becouse it changes everything... ;) by the way I like you page and I follow you some time ... greetings from the Netherlands...

Until about a year ago I was experiencing floating and slitering. FLoating of course I would suddenly be above my body, but face upwqard at the ceiling. I could feel myself rise up for a while then I would be in bed again. That was kinda cool, but the slithering was so strange. Before I get to that let me explain when how started heppening. Once in a while I would get a strange sleep paralysis episode where my eyes would open and I would be looking around, but my body would just lay there dead. I knew when they were going to happen because I would go to bed and I would start hearing this insanely loud sound like being in a wind tunnel or something. My years or mind, something would would feel a drop in pressure, and sound sould disappear, and get replaced with that crazy deep wind sound. Then my eyes would close and I believe I would just pass out for a few seconds. I never kept time as to how much time passed from the moment I would hear the sound til the moment my eyes would open and I wake paralyized. What would wake me that it would feel like someone just got into bed with me.. Like the matress would sink from someone elses weight being right behind me.
This went one once and a while for about 2 years or so. Then they became more frequent like once or twice a week. Eventually it was a nightly occorance. I started to become scared because I not only felt like something was in my bed, but I started hearing it walk around and go through my stuff in the closet. All I could do was open my eyes, and not be able to turn around to see what was there. I would try to call out, but there was no voice. Just a slaight movement of my lips.
At this point I started to feel like this not only was something in my bed but it would wrap and arm over me like as if someone was sleeping behind me. You know like how you may sleep with someone and throw an arm over then or a leg. I started to talk about this on FB for a while, and I knew some people would think I'm losing it, but I needed to get it out. I started looking to this online more and more and eventually I just convinced myself there was nothing there with me, and that the sound was probably my hearing dialing down as my body was falling asleep, and the sensation of something crawling into bed was probably just my muscles relaxing and the nerves sending weird mixed signals as to what was going on. In my imaginative mind I made this all out to be more that it was. The floating would sensation started to come on regularly and I would even move the cieling fan with my mind. At least I totally believed it was moving. I had such vivid memories of my making things move as I lay in bed. it was so strange, and after a bit I though it was all kind of cool. I went from being afraid to looking forward to sleeping and having the floating, and sleep paralysis episodes. I loved having them.
Then the slithering happend. The first time it really freaked my out. Not scared freaked out, but like mind blowing. I went from floating episodes to feeling like my soul was oozing out of my boday. I would feel like my body and spirit would sink, but them spirit or soul would then slither out fromt the crown of my head, down the bed, and onto the floor. Once on the floor the best I can describe, I would move around like if I were either a gelatinous snake or maybe like a heavy gas sliding around the floor in my bedroom.
This went on every night for a couple years, then very quickly they occured less and less, and now I only get a slight sinking feeling now and then. but the feeling of floating, slithering, and telekenisis are gone. I miss it, and I miss the creepy feeling something was in my room.
I know this sounds weird as fuck, but man I kid you not this was me for most of this last decade.

I have woken up somewhere else, looked around, and asked questions. Those questions were answered as if audible, in my mind, by someone standing behind me into my right. My back was against a wall and I did not see him. As I kept asking the questions, he kept answering me. This being had a male voice. As I continued to ask questions, he answered me with symbols. Years later I was studying and found the symbology in a book; realizing that he had told me where I was.
You can certainly have spirit guides when astral protecting. Just not sure if it is my higher self or some form of assistant and guide.
By the way, a column of rock came out of the ground with a hand sickle superimposed on it. I know the answer, yet where is that place? What does a hand sickle represent as far as our solar system goes? You should know the answer to this one.

I would very much like to know what your memories are of that five hour experience, what you consider the nature of that world is, and is this the experience we can expect after death? Your insights on these things would, I’m sure, be insightful.

All this said, it reminded me of you saying that we are radio's who can receive the universal soul. *please forgive my attempt at describing your description*

Glad you experienced it!, there's a higher band planes and a lower band planes but theres not much wisdom to be gained as with astral wisdom comes much stresses in the body, mind and spirit. Or the body will lust over the band... and so will the spirit will lust over the band felt by the body. Oversensetivity issues will rise, if not wise, you will fall. Heed my advise. Stay humble enjoy the current plane, death will automatically show us. No need to rush...

Zero out of body experience even with meditating for almost 3 decades.
Liked your vid on water having capacity for transmitting memories/emotions.
Have many past life resonances so I wonder how can emotions survive Lethe and the firewall of physos' death?
I can feel strong affection or disgust for people from past lives (almost threw up when I read in Latin class how they killed a great wit Cicero, contemporary of a senator in my past life yet I almost never throw up in my present life) , as well as shame for what previous avatars did wrong or satisfaction for successes. Often it is a wave of shame for a misdeed that identifies another of my past lives. It is weird because I am more coolly intellectual not overly emotional yet emotions survive death more so than mental information.
Our individual ether perturbation of Akashic Record is readable through a connection to our enduring spirit I guess. We hear through heart chakra, oxygen, and see through throat chakra, ether. Maybe a slight bend away from ideal phi ratio of Hydrogen to Oxygen bonds in water is caused by misdeed and is felt as negative emotional resonance.

It is most likely a point of perspective not out of so to say. Funny how the out of body experiences still have sensory such as vision , hearing and such. If one loses their eyes in body they are blind and can’t see. If one loses their eyes by not being in the body that has them how could you see there? This position of perspective has sensory without the organs of perception? Thought without the organs required for it? If such is the case small wonder life would be an effort if it could all be had without dragging the baggage along. I don’t buy all that air fairy stuff but I am familiar with the perspective relative to but not detached from self. It isn’t in ones box but at the edge of ones box. But who knows.

Why can't the spirit see directly through the holes in missing eyeballs, but surprisingly, in the course of out-of-body experiences, the spirit can supposedly see? I don't understand why the spirit's supposed ability to see around through out-of-body experiences has not been used in practical life?

So since I've been paying attention and grasping what Ken is saying it has allowed me to see past a lot of garbage and fluff when it comes to regarding Nature and the mystical.
I drink ayahuasca every so often but since keying-in on Ken's videos my trips have gone from almost complete chaos to rapid clarity and i did not even feel like i was 'high' while on the stuff last time.
What he's saying is EXACTLY TRUE!!! I have met, and know, WAYYY TOO MANY 'Mystics' of all types that have so little Wisdom!!! Too many get caught in the phenomenology of their work or art and literally FORGET the real REASON as to WHY they are practicing the Mystic Arts to begin with: WISDOM THRU DISOBJECTIFICATION!!!
A side effect I am also noticing from grasping Ken's gems, I REALLY want to be LEFT ALONE a LOT more now just to think and ponder while my normal everyday interactions with friends/family seem like larger nuisances than ever before...

Sounds quite a lot like "dissociation" which occurs during MKULTRA trauma-based mind control. That is, when tortured, a human may dissociate their mind from their body to spare the mind the horror of the experience. When in that state, the person can be programmed -- with alternative personalities, for example. I suppose everything can be used for good or evil..
