Common playgrounds is a great idea, although using large stadia may be impractical for school-age children (unlikely that large stadia will have swing sets and slides). City planners could plan school locations and budget common playground space, within safe walking distance of both government and private schools in a hub-and-spokes manner. Private schools can pay a usage fee. Schools with large playgrounds can also be encouraged to share their play space with neighboring schools following the philosophy of commons.

Who Gains? Break #GujaratiRaj, India will Prosper.
Coincidence or Clever Plan - 1947 saw Gujaratis Corporates and Gujarati Political Leadership (Gujarati Raj) replacing the Old East Indian Company and British Government (British Raj).
Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel & Moraji Desai (Prime Minister & 2nd Most Powerful Men during Nehru reign), Mohammed Ali Jinnah, Feroze oJahaghir (alias Feroze Gandhi Father of Rajiv Gandhi and GrandFather Of Rahul Gandhi & Priyanka Vadra Gandhi ), Narendra Modi, Amit Shah all are of Gujaratis origins..Also to the list includes India’s Oldest Corporate, Largest Corporate, also the Most Number Of Corporates, 90% Of Fugitive Corporates - why are all of Gujarati Origin?
Petroleum & Petrochemical - Largest And all major private companies are owned by Gujaratis.
Telecommunications - With GOI support largest company is made to grow (how all rules where changed for JIO to grow from scratch to largest in 3 years time).
Defense - 75% of indigenous Defense Contracts are awarded to Gujarati Companies.
Ports - 90% of Private Ports In India is handled by a single Gujarati Corporate.
Airports - Recently GOI gave 6 Airports to a Gujarati Corporate for alms.
Now the status of Financial City Of India is stolen from Mumbai to Gujarat Ahmedabad by Modiji fraudulently.
Now the Payment Sector (all cash & online transaction clearances) which was done by Government Sector is going to be Transfer to Reliance.
Many more sectors also share same picture.
How come Majority of Pakistanis and Chinese Companies Established in India have Gujarati Corporates as their Legal Agents?
In last 5-6 years, 9 Gujaratis has amassed wealth equivalent to 70,00,00,000 Indians.
      #GujaratiRaj has replaced #BritishRaj
Another Interesting Findings - How come Scamsters who swindled 10000s Of crores in last 3 decades are Gujaratis - we had likes of Harshad Mehta, Ketan Parikh, CR Bhansali, Nitin Sandesara and his brothers, Ambanis, Adanis, Mehul Choksi that brother of him Nirav Modi, Hitesh Madhubhai Patel fooling & looting public money. #GujaratiRaj looting India
Disclaimer: #GujaratiRaj or 'Gujju mafia' does not refer to tall the people of Gujarat. It refers to a particular criminal gang that has not only infiltrated the govt and govt services, but also the business community and the financial system to profit themselves through fraud and extortion.
History & Facts: 46 out of 72 years, we were ruled by Gujaratis or their immediate family. So, who was really ruining our country?

Roads are already monetized, as you can see more than 40 km of road is being constructed everyday due to monetization of road. This step be better called chain monetization. You monetise-you earn-you invest and again monetize. Infrastructure is earning by itself. That's how roads in these days earn and construct.

I have read hundreds of articles on education and health the writers said we have to spend about 6% and 4-5% of our gdp on education and health respectively but if we see our gdp is about 200 lakh crores it means we have to spend 12 lakh crores on education and 8-10 lakh crores on health but our total budget amounts 34 lakh crores something has gone wrong🤔🤔🤔

GDP is not total Revenue. Government typically early 18-20% of GDP as revenue.

Thank you for a great episode, sir.
    I have a few questions -
    1. Why would a private player want to pay a huge amount of money upfront in expectation of a return that he might get over a few decades? Isn't that too risky from his point of view? Or, do the profit margins make it worthwhile?
    2. By "renting" so many assets for decades at once, for an immediate award, is not the government compromising future sources of revenue? How will future governments raise money?
    3. By incentivizing state governments to follow "privatisation", what benefit does the central government get? The state government gets rid of a liability, gets some money in return, and additionally gets the incentive from the center. What does the center get?

      1. It's like keeping money in safe fd and getting it doubled after 10 years.
2.No bez with that money government will able to create more assets which can also be used to generate more money.
3.Its basic if states govt develop more the whole of India develops.

Not selling asset makes sense. The monetization is a good middle path that central government has come up with. Your videos are unbiased and transparent.
My worry is, state government might have sold the assets under the hood at throwaway price - e.g. the depots of BEST in Mumbai. Monetization of the assets (e.g. letting private companies run the bus services in Mumbai) - will help avoid further downfall (at the expense of taxpayers' money) - but wouldn't surface the fact that the asset belong to someone else already.
    N. Sitharaman and team is doing sensible work.

Ambanis, Adanis, Wadia Family, Dilip Shanghvi, Uday Kotak, Godrej Family, Mistry Family, Azim Premji, Hinduja Family - Top 10 Richest Indians ; all belong to GujaratiMafia

" family silver " should not be sold is an utterly stupid idea alive only in India.. having huge family silver in the locker and at the same time wallowing in poverty is a trait India alone could keep.. I am really sick and tired of these fellows..
