How are they not missing crucial vitamins in their diet? Like all of them. Iron and protein only diet. I seen them eat berries and what they call honey but so many vitamins are missing.
these are basically ancient Africans. the original man on Earth. they naturally are genetically built different than the average human. Also the body produces certain things on its own when it is developed this way from birth
