Hi, does anyone know which receptors in particular picamilon works on? I've heard it works more on GABA-A than GABA-B, but I have found no corroborating studies.

I have autism and often have trouble because my brain absorbs and retains stimuli as I go through my day so when I lay down at night my thoughts are often everywhere. Picamilon sodium 50 mg 3 times a day helps significantly but Im worried about dependence and withdrawal and long term effect on kidneys.
Glad it helps. Long term effects may be a concern indeed. Usually producers recommend to have breaks between the courses. In theory, it should reduce long term effects.
The doctor in the video recommended one titrate down to 0, to minimize possible withdrawal effects. However, I got the impression that the safety profile for picamillon tends to be pretty strong as long as you follow the recommended indications which suggests one 'cycle' it.
Is it possible that Picamillon could make peacefully people angry? Maybe cause the anxiety is gone? Or maybe the dose is to high? I see something between 50 mg to 700 mg daily
Hey there! Unfortunately, there is no information or research regarding the correlation of Picamilon intake and anger. We believe this can happen due to many different factors, including psychological ones
it sounds like it could be possible some people get very angry when they take alcohol because it lowers their inhibition and picamilon seems to have similar mechanism of action i seem to get angry when i take drugs that are supposed to calm you down one time i took high dose Hydromorphone and instead of being chilled out i actually started a fight with my friends one time i drank a bunch of whiskey and got so angry i ripped my door off from the hinges normally I'm completely chill but when I'm under the influence its like the part of me that holds back the anger is just gone i did go through allot of trauma throughout my life when im drunk it feels like im stuck in my trauma and it completely changes who i am
