Your ability to apply eyeliner (and all makeup) is astonishingly good. Whether I use a pencil, eye shadow, or liquid, my eyeliner looks like a toddler applied it. On another note, I love your channel! ❤️

I think it’s not about how dark your skin tone is with the nude lip, it’s how red your natural lip colour is. I’m pale AF but my lips are naturally quite a dark pink, so if I make them nude it looks so odd, I can never seem to get rid of my dark lip line.
Oh I wasn't talking about my skin colour so much as my hair, eyebrows and eye colour. When everything surrounding the lips is so dark I think it looks better if there's a bit more contrast there as well :)

Have you noticed that if you wear something like BB, with her hair to go out nowadays people are probably gonna think you have just woken up or something, but when they see her photos, they adore it? At this point I am convinced that character and attitude make the look, not the makeup or clothes. I love the french style of those years. My other icon is Anna Karina.

The eye make up should be wayyyy darker with thick eyeliner to give enough of the Bridgett of the 60's vibe. Also ends of hair not so wavy and lips should be slightly overdrawn. Love the outfit though!

IMO the shiny thick belt looked reaaaally good! It gave more of a vintage touch i guess? I just think it fitted the concept☺️
