Chitrangda came to the movie scene like breath of fresh air ( one is referring to her portrayal of Geeta in HKA). One was in awe of her thru these years. You were bang on in pointing out her mesmerising voice. I still cannot forget her presence in that brilliant movie by Sudhir Mishraji. During a brief chance meeting at the Jaipur Literature Fest, I asked him why he has been keeping us deprieved of really good stuff since 2004( year of HKA release). His brief reply was that he hasn't had support for such cinema by financers. Chitrangda has shown great taste and courage by choosing the story of the true fighter Sandeep and his brother, something that is severely lacking in Bollywood producers, except a rare few. How true words of Ketan Mehta turn out : she is indeed one of kind.
Today , when I saw Chitarngda in your interview, I realised that Indian cinema is losing someone special by not being able to cast her in roles that are beffitting to her personality.
