The Nithari case, also known as Nithari serial murders or Noida serial murder case, is one of the most gruesome and horrifying cases of 2006. Two prime accused in the infamous case - Surendra Koli and Moninder Singh Pandher - were acquitted by the Allahabad High Court on 16 October.
The Allahabad High Court found accused Surendra Koli innocent in the 12 cases against him, while co-accused Moninder Singh Pandher was found innocent in two cases against him.
Being one of the most notorious criminal investigations in recent Indian history, it involved the discovery of multiple human remains in and around a house in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in 2006. The grisly details of the case sent shockwaves across the country. In today's The Lallantop Show, we have thrown light on the depth and intricacies of this case.

अगर ये निर्दोष हैं तो बच्चों का हत्यारा कौन या वो कानून की नज़र में बस एक गिनती हैं,अगर ऐसे 2-4 फैसले और आ गए तो लोगो का कानून से भरोसा उठ जायेगा जिसका परिणाम बहुत भयंकर हो सकता है.
इस मामले में जो भी दोषी है सबको सजा मिलनी चाहिए और लापरवाह पुलिस वालो पर भी केस चलना चाहिए जिन्होंने अपनी ड्यूटी सही तरीके से नहीं की.

वकील ही crime को बढ़ाने मे जिम्मेदार है। कुछ वकीलो की वजह से कानून अंधा और बहरा हो गया है।
केवल वकील? बुरा करनेवाले वूयक्ती नही? और बुरा करनेवाले के परिजन, दोस्त नही होते? उन सबकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नही? और समाज भी जिम्मेदार नही? अपने अपने धर्म,जाती,भाषा,क्षेत्रवाले को बचालो चाहे उसने कुछ भी किया हो।

If they were innocent, do you still want them to be punished? I think justice has prevailed in this case. They are innocent until proven guilty.
Why should not those police men who didn’t take parents’ complaints seriously (for two years) face court now? Even if those scums are retired, they should be tried in the court, and if proven guilty of carelessness and of helping the murderer, their retirement benefits should be revoked.

This is the brutal reality of indian judiciary that it took 18 years just to get case decided by high court...the Supreme Court is still left. Why don't Prime Minister of India do some reforms in Indian judiciary system....painfully long delays in justice..botched up investigations, corruption in police system...such high profile case take so long and eventually justice is not served ...imagine what a common man suffers how will his rights get protected in india...shamefully inefficient system of justice and policing....still we are distracted away from real issues with politically promoted Hindu Muslim narrative being run by political parties and false euphoria

It could be a trafficking gang operating nearby but police didn't investigate (the same police who initially refused to investigate missing people). So judge doing there job & making judgement on evidence shouldn't be blamed the people who didn't collect evidence should.

Time and again it has been observed that one court's judgment is reversed by another court. May be the High Court or the Supreme Court. All judges are learned judges and they spend considerable time (years and years) listening to the arguments, evidence and witnesses. The higher court's judges too listen to almost the same presentations and reverse the judgment. The contestants spend years and money sometimes gaining practically nothing or sometimes huge relief.
