Dylan, stop beating yourself up! You've had no experience running a media company and being a dad prior to 2022 - you've been doing well (so it appears as a follower) with these 2 major challenges. So don't expect something (like your running) to not take a bit of a backseat whilst you figure out what juggling those 3 things might look like. I say this with best intent: hit up Jamil (he too runs a media biz, has the pizza biz, has a young son & runs) and Jeff Browning (who has kids, contracts as a designer & still runs competitively) and get some tips. But I'm pretty sure both of them will say it's not easy and it's very difficult to excel at multiple things simultaneously. It's alright for something to have to come in 3rd 😉
