The Edinborough rape crisis center issue is exemplary for the problem with gender ideology & transactivism: women's rights and needs are denied, even for the most vulnerable women - while the wants and desires of males with gender identities are given absolutely dominant status. This is the essence of patriarchy and needs to stop everywhere.
Nothing to do with patriarchy and everything to do with the lack of strong masculine figures... Feminism as more to do with this nonsense than patriarchy because its done nothing but attack and destroy good hard working men who built & uphold our crumbling society imo thanks to toxic modern feminism.
I agree that this needs to be addressed, paticularly in crisis centres, prisons, bathrooms, anywhere that is and should remain a safe, single sex space. To argue this is patriachal is ridiculous. We live in a society which demonizes men at every turn for simply existing. Mysandry is rampant and where misogyny is rightly condemned misandry is perfectly fine. More and more protected classes are being drawn up rather than treating everyone like human beings.
If I had been through such a traumatic experience I wouldn't want to see a male counsellor, but I wouldn't want to see a woman who didn't know if she was Arthur or Martha either. How about employing counsellors who have themselves sorted out and can concentrate on helping their clients, during working hours at least?
Same. If the counselor is so disgusted by her own womanhood that she denies its existence, how can I trust her to have any respect for my womanhood, especially when it's been so hideously disrespected and abused that I've turned up at a rape crisis center for help?
and the point is what does a man know about the entire life experience of being a woman. there is a million things that go into growing up female. I don't even walk through our local bush track on my own due to fears that's being a woman. being molested as a 12 year old by a man. that's being a 'woman'. Having periods to the point of bleeding down my jeans being made fun of at school...that's being a woman. Abortions are for women. Childbirth is for women. Cervical cancer is about women. Men do not and can not know what it is to be female.
The "trans staff" in my opinion have no sympathy or empathy for the victims of abuse & should understand the emotional impact of crime & if the wanted to advance their own identity they wouldn't be unsympathetic to victims by putting themselves 1st especially when victims are uncomfortable with situation
Thank you, Maya Forstater, for your relentless efforts to protect women's safety and rights. The future generations will have much to thank you, Dr Cass, Jk Rowling and many others who are braving this storm of trans madness.
I believe they are, but they can no longer hide the fact, and they have to refer them to Biera’s Place (a crisis centre set up by JKR) if they’d prefer a truly female-only space.
I worked for a very well known tool selling company in the uk. I found out on monday that there is a serial rapist working at the same warehouse in a position of trust. I quit when i disvovered that hr decided he deserves a second chance. Im female as is about 50 percent of the workforce. Clearly womens safety just about anywhere these days is just not important
Well done Ladies for speaking about this , and well done that Lady for her stance. It's only through you, i.e. strong willed women that change will come about. You are serving your sex, and greater society magnificently.
The Equality Act 2010 acknowledge the need for women-only spaces, services, roles and activities in six main areas. Thus it is lawful to exclude males including trans-identifying males even if they have a gender recognition certificate. Under Occupational Requirements & Acccommodation it was lawful to exclude a male identifying female on the grounds of privacy, decency and distress avoidance. A crisis shelter is even used as an example in the act. So I can only conclude that this was some type of experiment on these poor ladies.
I often wonder if the staff were always nuts and pretended to be sane and have been waiting for insanity to become socially acceptable (!) OR were they sane and somehow suddenly rejected what they knew as truth and so became insane later on in life..which is it?
Ok this is good news but is this woman now working at a centre that does only employ women for continued help for abused women? Can we get more information on this please?
Maybe she's clarifying for people who are new on the trans issue. You may be surprised at the amount of people who are totally unaware of the situation.
regardless of the effect on “wokeness”, there is no intellectually honest way of arguing a trump presidency is a victory for women’s rights. women are literally dying because of the abortion bans. this was a beyond-embarrassing way to end this interview.
Demo we're hysterical about abortion virtually campaigning on everywoman needs an abortion. Totally crass and tin eared. Women decided to Protect women's right at state level

Very well put because that is the absolute truth.

Fantastic news! Being a woman is more than just a ‘feeling.’
its not more then being a feeling, it just isn't a feeling fullstop

Glad to hear this ❤ thank you for sharing !

So when is JK getting officially recognised as a true champion of woman's rights
Dame JK?
Triumph of justice and the truth of reality ...it should never have been an issue
Thank you for acknowledging how hard it is to fight against discrimination.
Thank you Julia 👏👏. Women's right need protecting. 👏👏👋😃🇭🇲👏👏
EXACTLY - the management focused on the "identity of the staff" and NOT THE CLIENTS WHO WERE THE ENTIRE REASON FOR THE EXISTENCE OF THE SERVICE...
$70,000 is not enough but it's still a win for commonsense. This trans madness is worldwide.
Thank goodness common sense has prevailed for once
That is fantastic JK Rowling set up a centre. Go her! I have always admired her courage. 🙌
Did the rape centre change their policies or are they still allowing men to examine the victims?

Well, they got rid of Wadwha at least
@@dragonfox2.058Is he gone?
@@juliemoss9522 Yepper. But they found the darling boy another job so don't worry about him LOL 😆

A great moment for truth and common sense !

Charities appear to be some of the worst woke culprits!

😪 An intent to cause distress 😪
$70k is peanuts.
Justice for Peanut!
At least unlike some recent judicial views which in my view are far from sensible this is sensible
I often wonder if the staff were always nuts and pretended to be sane and have been waiting for insanity to become socially acceptable (!) OR were they sane and somehow suddenly rejected what they knew as truth and so became insane later on in life..which is it?
Good question. I have often wondered that one myself. It's probably a mixture.
Good
Thank you God. Common sense and truth prevails !
Wonderful news

I believe she now works at the centre set up by JKR.

I believe you are correct.
I think it's called Biera's Place in Edinburgh
And yes, all the counsellors are women.
Hopefully all centres for abused women should not be employing (especially pre surgery) trans women
Who will actually be paying the £70k compensation? If it ends up being the Taxpayer then things need to change so that those who are at fault, pay.
My thoughts exactly
Hello, it's Elizabeth from California USA nice meeting you.
Love Julia ❤👍🙌
It the new patriarchy on steroids !
At last a guest who speaks some sense.
Human rights shouldn't clash. They are made to live independently. These new rights actively disrupt others. These are privileges.
💥💯💥
Does not end the ideology and wrong prioritization infestation though.
The fresh air of common sense.
Why does Julia bother having guests?
Not sure what you mean by this ..
@foop9
You think she should interrupt more often?
Right. She’s obnoxious af.
Julia, why don't you be quiet while your interviewees are talking? Wait for them to finish answering before giving your opinion or commentary
