It's Kyou - It is not that conservative don't care about blacks. They don't care about anyone. With respect to government freedom is not about caring that is what socialist preach. On an individual level you will find the morals of freedom tends to help their fellow man and the morals of socialism are anything but caring. Leftist transfer their feelings on to others and project their hate, greed, and selfishness onto others.

music2306lover - "caring" is used in a political sense. Everyone is equal and conservatives don't "care" about groups just individuals. There should be no mechanism in government where people act out their "caring" with other people's money and time. If Democrats believe something show us action from their own bank accounts. They are by definition hypocrites.

My biggest take away from your story was how you found that hating people made you miserable. All these people rioting and screeching on twitter, they're all incredibly unhappy people.
Whatever your views and opinions may be, hate is never worth the effort. It's liking drinking poison and expecting someone else to die.

    • @ssjwes
      @ssjwes 4 ปีที่แล้ว +13

And as you say, it doesn't matter what you believe when it comes to this, you poison yourself with hate. I started following politics closely a couple decades ago and got too emotionally invested. One day I woke up and just realised I was making myself miserable and people probably didn't like being around me. I never got that feeling specificity but I'm sure my passion(anger...) didn't make it that fun to be around. That's when I started introspection and learning about deconstructing myself and my beliefs. I'm not perfect but I feel way better today than I did then, also people I used to not get along with at work I now do. Just decided I'd be happy and helpful to everyone in my life starting that day. That experience reinforced my belief that most problems today can be overcome with just a change of mindset.

@Joseph Malone what about the black tribes who started the Atlantic slave trade? Just weeding out the week from the chaff? Slavery had nothing to do with race and everything to do with cheap labor in the market. White colonials ended it in the west. Libya and northern africa still openly trade slaves. You cant let anyone be fuckin happy though can you. Sounds alot more like your the weak one. Sometimes you gotta turn that high powered mouth inward. This is one of those times. I spoke once to a black man who was blind. He said “you know, one good thing about being blind is I literally don’t see color, I get the opportunity to hear a persons voice. The conviction or lack thereof, the character of that person and so it has been easy for me to love everyone as I see the world differently because I cannot see. In that aspect being blind is very good” really made me think. That without sight, without color we really only have our voices and our character to be judged by. Takeaway (be blind).

I’m a young Hispanic kid. I grew up around Catholicism, patriots, and conservative people who didn’t give a crap about what skin color you were they simply cared about your morals, values, and personality. Last year I moved to a large democratic city and I slowly stated realizing that I didn’t really agree with a lot of leftist movements and ideals, and I didn’t mind that we had a republican president who protected our second amendment, made our economy go up, and created so many jobs directly positively impacting minorities instead of a crazy lady who encourages women to assassinate baby’s . Because of this I was ashamed. See, when I moved here they had thought me that because I am a minority, white people, especially trump and trump supporters hate me and do not see me as equal. I was basically forced to believe this because if I even questioned it all of my leftist classmates would come after me. I later on realized that even though there were so many people of my skin color here, that were part of the “accepting” political party that “cares about minorities”, I felt far more welcomed, loved, and accepted in the small conservative, mostly white town where I came from. This made me start needing to question these leftist ideals. I started by watching some Prager U vids on instagram, then TH-cam, then while on TH-cam I got suggested vids from people like Officer Tatum, Anthony Brian Logan, Collin Nior, Donut operator, Ben Shapiro, and Candace Owens. I can now say that I am a #freethinker and a closeted Republican Conservative. Unfortunately I’ve only been able to tell two people in my new city because if I went public with it I’d be persecuted and loose the little resources have from my classmates. One day I plan on coming forward and sharing my experiences! For now I’m focusing on climbing my way to the top, I was on student council, participated in three clubs, and was captain of my varsity swim team, this upcoming year I plan on doing the three clubs, still being captain, maybe joining other sports, and upping my community service hours. Apart from that I have been selected by the principal of my school to be on an exclusive district wide board that makes important decisions for all schools across our district, I will disrupt this flawed leftist group and my fist order of business will be making schools safer by bringing back SROs.

My niece was taking sociology classes in college and started to actually believe there was something toxic about her. This is a sweet kid raised in a minority community who doesn't see color and always willing be there for others. The ideology being pushed leaves damage in both directions and builds up neither. I'm an independent but am horrified at the hate that is being pushed in the name of tolerance and justice. Thanks for your voice.

That's awful. My college experience was similar. Several of the professors and MANY of the white, American students pushed the idea that as a white person fro a well off family I was somehow "guilty" of something. Ironically, I made friends with many non-white, international students who had rough upbringings and they had no animosity toward me even when they found out I came from a "privileged" upbringing.

@Albert Munkey It doesn't matter whether God is real or not objectively, as the psychology of God works for many people positively. In this way, God is very real because people make it so, as evidenced by the great and terrible things done in His name. This is why it has survived so long - it works at some level. There is an idea in Chinese philosophy, where one acts As If something is true, because doing so benefits their own life and society. It's the same with many Christians in my opinion. A lot know it doesn't all add up, but it still benefits them tremendously, and so they continue the tradition. I'm an agnostic myself, but one cannot deny that Christianity helped form the basis of Western society. The problem with telling religious people they don't need God, is what belief system do you propose they replace it with? Often times, the outcome for those who lose their faith is nihilism, which is worse than where they started.

I am neither rep nor Dem; neither conservative nor liberal. My views on issues are not defined by any group but are formed from personal experience and a constant search to make sure I am true to my values. I constantly evolve on this journey called life, hoping to be a better person tomorrow than I am today. In so doing, I feel an obligation to learn about things by listening to ALL sides, researching facts and challenging myself to remain true/make adjustments to reflect who I am as best as I can.
Not saying this young man needs to do it my way but I do hope he finds the way that ensures he is not be swayed by the smoothest debater or best salesman. He needs to simply follow what is in his heart. Only listening to like-minded folks on one's opinions could prevent spiritual and academic growth.
There are way too many self-serving sociopaths on both sides for me to give my strict allegiance to either. They need to earn my vote. Swing voters are the people who decide elections and the ones politicians want to please.

Yeah at least a small part of the young people are not completely lost. I think most born after 2000 seem to be a failure, we failed to grow them into proper human beings, with our changes of parenting we created snowflakes and safezone addicted people, with them not getting beaten when they did something wrong they never experienced the feeling of a good booty slap for manners leading to the result that they are mostly mental instabile psycopats, they learned that if they screm or roll on ground no penalty will happen, only parents that say "dont do that", so they become what they are today. Little snowflakes that scream and roll on ground over everything hopping that it will solve problems, if not they get violent because they never really experienced it on their own body when were young. While we lived by the idea "i dont want to set this world on fire", in their head only rings one melody "burn baby burn".

Through the power of the Roman Republic, it became the dominant language, initially in Italy and subsequently throughout the western Roman Empire. Vulgar Latin developed into the Romance languages, such as Italian, Portuguese, Spanish , French, and Romanian. Latin, Greek, and French have contributed many words to the English language. @Brian Morgan You are really have a very slanted view on things, very judgmental and dismissive. First you condemn his opinion as "Nonsense talk" Then you accuse him of putting his father down. He didn't put his father down..He said his dad was in and out of his life and lent towards the Rastafarian way of thinking....whats wrong with that! it's a statement of fact and in no way a put down. And I didn't get the slightest impression that he would rather not be black. He came across as a very nice, intelligent young man with strong christian principles and a mind of his own. I wish him well and hope he can avoid people that are afflicted with bitterness and resentment as you obviously are.

I go to an all black school and I talked to this black guy because I actually liked him and turns out he was telling everyone he was playing with my feelings to get back at white people because white girls aren’t actual women when he has women with beautiful melanin. I didn’t do anything to deserve that because I stayed to myself it was literally just because of the color of my skin. Stuff like that leaves people with trust issues and paranoia and it happens a lot I wish it would stop.

      @just a gen z
I'm a black man born In genZ Currently 18
I just got out of toxic relationship with a white girl. She was my first love, and our anniversary was just a few days ago. I am a conservative despite my entire family being liberal in California, my ex was liberal and she was subtly racist and very judgmental despite claiming Christianity. I want you to know that I struggled with this same thing. I treated this person better than i had treated anyone, she proposed to me and led me on with money that her family had, while I was poor, and at the end she tried to find any way to break up as I kept fighting to stay together.
I was bitter and I wanted to put walls up, I didnt want to trust and just submerged in the rhetoric that all women treat guys the same no matter what but I also realized that its not my fault I fell in love with toxicity. You cant control people and sometimes the feelings you have for them. Master yourself and your emotions and these people wont bother you internally. Be who you are regardless of others. Love regardless of hate because otherwise they win.
Be different. Dont let people corrupt you like this, because eventually people like you and I will meet and you will be glad you stayed true to being you
I hope I can meet someone like you someday, to heal the world of these types of people. All it takes is meeting the right person who actually has morals and wants to spread love and positivism. Keep doing you and good things will come

All those people angry people calling the poster white supremacist, implying that its not ok to be white, ore eaven flat out saying it on tv twitter youtube.
Talking like all white people had no problems ore their problems matter less just becouse the color of their skin, and making some mental gymnastic to justify it as not racist becouse its whites and its ok to hate them.
    It makes me sick.
And looking at the madness that is the democratic party I cudnt endorce it any more.
So I started to look at the other side. Some of them conservatives some true liverals, some serius academics and reporters, some comediants and provocatures wanting to have a laugh at the ridiculus state of the left.
Milo yianopolus, Ben shapiro, Jordan Petterson, Dave Ruben, Shoe on head, the amazing Lucas, Darrel Davis, Tim pool, Sargon of akad, count dankula you name it, eaven some spanish speaking ones like Agustin laje, dross or "un tio blanco etero" a etero white dude,
this conservative uprise is not just in america, its happening all over the western world, and i hope it keep rising, im prowd of western civilization, Im prowd of our values and traditions. As a teacher, I'm so encouraged to see young people to start thinking for themselves and rely on facts! Anyone can be successful if they simply do 3 things, stay in school and graduate, don't get pregnant or get anyone pregnant in high school (better yet, wait until you're really ready to have sex. Free tip - until you can have a discussion about it, including STDs, pregnancies, contraception, how it makes you feel, ie., nervous, scared, excited, etc., and until you can do it with the lights on, YOU'RE NOT READY!), and get a job. That's it!
I understand teens have hormones and desires, but given all the stresses and responsibilities they have, I'm thinking their plate is plenty full without having to worry about any kind of "sex stuff"...right?!Keep listening to Ben Shapiro...he gives excellent advice on life!
Here's one thought - next time you hear anyone preaching or talking hate against "the black man" or "the white man", etc., ask yourself one question. Why are they stirring up hatred? What is their job? Would they have a job if they didn't do this? That answers A LOT of questions! And it's so sad that people believe their trash. Good luck to you young man, you have a promising future ahead!

Love this video, I recently went through something like this a couple months back. I guess you could say that quarantine gave me the time to think and research more on topics regarding politics. I was always a liberal until this year. Although my parents are conservative, young people and teachers encouraged everyone to be liberals without even telling us what is it that these political parties stand for. They always bash conservatives without proof. In real life, everyone talks about how proud they are to be liberal and if you were a conservative, you were racist and sexist, etc. So I naturally leaned towards liberalism because I didn't want to be painted a racist or sexist. I didn't even consider conservatism because of these stereotypes. That's why I think young people today should be able to freely research politics and share opinions without being scared. I wish I could talk about my opinions with my liberal friends and let them know that conservatism isn't at all what they think but in the heated race related climate we are in now, I fear to. Hopefully soon I can express my opinions without being harassed. Anyways, I find your story very brave because you were able to acknowledge that you hated white people in the past and once you challenged that thought, you were able to open your eyes towards people without stereotyping their race. Love your courage, keep it up!

All he asks in return is your love and to serve him. It is a blessing u get to live on this earth and breath. God is not incompetent, he is giving u a simple job to spread the word of god. Not everything is handed to you. It is not the things a man owns that reflects him but his actions and suffering, which makes one. A boy gets everything handed to him, man earns it and works for it. His plan is to shape u into a man to serve him and spread the word of god. God has his reasons never question them. I hope u will repent and follow Jesus, god and the Holy Spirit. I was born in 1946. My father was an Air Force pilot and we moved all over the US. There is always some racial tension in any community, but when I grew up in the Air Force, the color of an Airman's skin or and officer's skin wasn't anything I was concerned about. When my parents had parties at our home on base, all of the officers in my father's unit were invited regardless of anything. We moved often and to many different states. I was in 7 different junior and senior high schools in 6 states.
For reasons too long to relate here, I attended the University of Alabama in 1964-1968. It was at a time of desegregation and the university was forced to integrate. Blacks lived in my dorm and no one seemed to care. They tended to stay to them selves but not because of any racism in our dorm. They would sit in the rec room and watch TV with the rest of us, but otherwise kept to themselves. In my 4 years there, I never saw or heard of any intimidation, threats, or violence against the black students.
The Vietnam war was at the peak in 1967 and as a history and English major I did not have a draft exemption and I knew my time to be drafted into the Army was near. So, I joined the Marine Corps PLC program in order to avoid the draft and finish college and attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) during the summer (hint: it was brutal). When I graduated in 1968, I went to Officer training and by Dec 19, 1968 I was a Marin platoon commander in Vietnam. That, my friends was a very hard year in so many respects. Half of my platoon were black, Hispanic, a couple of Asians, and one Native American. I was surprised that half of my platoon was also draftees. I had no idea that people could be drafted into the Marine Corps.
Here is my point. They were all Marines. Green was the only color on the battlefield. I won't lie. The few times we were brought back to the battalion area, there were problems. A few were racial, most were with drugs, and some were just too much beer during a three day rest period. But in the field, we were all just a band of brothers and the lives of each of us depended on everyone else doing their job.
In desperate firefights, I knew that the Marines on my left and right would hold. In assaults, I knew no one would falter. My life depended on them an their lives depended on my making the right decisions. No pressure there.
All races performed magnificently. If I could do it all over again in that Hell of death and carnage with my platoon--I would not hesitate. I guess you would have to have been there to understand. In combat, there is no race, color, creed, religion, or anything else. It is just survival with everyone doing their jobs.
I ended up serving 21 years in the Marines with another 2 years in combat. I have to say that my black NCOs and Officers were a notch above everyone. Maybe they were trying to prove something. I'd like to think that that they were just superior Marines.
Something very wrong has happened in our society since I retired.
We've become a society of victims, of microaggression (whatever that is), safe places, an ever more divided society than I remember growing up, a divided nation of hate and violence--mostly on the left.
The left has thrown the world's longest political temper tantrum because they lost an election and blame it on Russia's help to Trump during the election, but with zero evidence. Mueller, the hound from Hell to find Trump-Russian collusion, has found nothing in two years.
We are living in an alternative universe of liberal lies, false allegations, and deception. You may disagree but look at how many liberal accusations have crumbled into nothing.
Now as the Mueller Report is near, guess what? Clapper and all the others that declared that Mueller would put Trump in prison are now saying that don't expect the Mueller report to find any Russian collusion with Trump.
Gee, why would they be saying that when the guaranteed us before that Trump would be going to prison??????
Because from the beginning they knew the dossier was fake but they prayed that Mueller would fine something that would impeach Trump.
    But there isn't anything.

I’m a 48 year old white male who grew up in SW Missouri. In all truth, it’s not culturally diverse at all and once I started my 21 year career in the U.S. Army I truly found out how to work and serve in a “Melting Pot” of people from all walks of life. Looking back, I would say that at least 70% of my leadership throughout my career was African American. Three of the most amazing mentors I ever had were 3 African American female noncommissioned officers who took care of me and my family as if we were one of their own. It taught me how to become not just a better leader myself, but also a better husband and father. I was taught so much about life by them that in all sincerity I wouldn’t be where I’m at presently without them. I retired in 2013, went straight to school to get my degree and now I work with children who have special needs and abilities. Life is good and that’s because I was taught that being proud of who you are and the positive interactions we have with others is not a matter of skin color.

    Morgan Freeman said it best...
"I'm gonna stop refering to you as a *white* man....and in return your gonna stop refering to me as a *black* man....we're both just men....pigmentation doesn't matter....stop talking about it!"
Lets meet up and debate the issues facing *all* communities - but let's leave race at the door.
