They don't do it because that would be sensible and it wouldn't help to harm most of us as many of them want to see.
I'd be shocked if they actually put any homeless people in here. They'll probably claim there's some red tape that prevents it, then they'll sell the building for a profit

That's fine. Just teach them how to shower. Clean themselves. And help them with jobs and prosecute their addiction if any. That simple. And they are just as human beings as everyone else
Yes and all humans make choices. Some of them choose to use heroin, burn every bridge they have to the point where they have to live under a bridge with other addicts. I once had to stay in my car a few days when I was between apartments and I had half a dozen friends insisting that I stay with them instead. Which I did. To have everyone in your life turn your back on you, your choices have to be immensely bad. Making the most poor choices possible shouldn't result in a free luxury apartment. Most of them won't stay in shelters because they can't use drugs in the shelters.... How is giving them an apartment going to help with their monumentally poor decision making?
HOW WILL THIS 165 MILLION TOWER ONLY SUPPORT 278 BUMS WHEN THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF BUMS ALONE IN SKIDROW. MEANWHILE A 900 SQUARE FOOT HOME COSTS 900K WHAT A BUNCH OF NONSENSE……

Thank God that California LA is going through Great Steps to ending homelessness. However Texas and Atlanta are FAR WAY BEHIND!!!. I was last in downtown Dallas after leaving Atlanta and the HIGH numbers of homeless people in those Southern States (mainly black men) was a CRIME. THANK YOU CALIFORNIA.

Until they can't hire anyone to work there due to repeated assaults, having feces flung at them, robbed, sexual assault, etc.

Many street homeless die alone quietly abandoned by everybody. What's even more sad is their bodies get eaten by other homeless and stray animals and simply disappear.
