Thank you so much bro..I love your channel...please try to promote some other Igbo State not Anambra alone...governors like Soludo....Alex Otti and Mba....they are doing massively well...I love the way you promote Igboland..you and Chinedu Azuzu of BVI channel..top up for you guys...
Thanks so much bro for this update, my question is how many Yoruba masquerade have visited the Igbo land, it's high time igbos start respecting our cultures and traditions and keep them sacred. I rest my case
You spoke well, ajofia should stay at home because we the Igbos are the pple who knows it's value and respects him. We have at least 7 Igbo speaking states he can go and perform if necessary.
It’s unfortunate that common sense is often lacking among some Igbo people, despite their tendency to claim to be the "wisest." While this can be disappointing, perhaps facing challenges and learning through experience will ultimately serve as a valuable lesson for these childish Igbo entertainers and business people.
See the legs of the masquerade Ajofia wearing shoe and socks. That is igbos spirit the law enforcement agencies will make una ajofia lagos street 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂ajofia welcome to Lagos street because Lagos is igbos land
@ Anambra1st son, These actions you elucidated upon are fuelled by illiteracy and myopic money miss road. Whilst I don't oppose those genuine investors who stay away from the state as a result of the insecurity in the region caused by our wicked insane brothers who are daily self destructing precious lives and properties. I have lost wonderful friends and relatives to this militant criminal gangs who are traumatizing the state
@ Anambra 1st son... whilst you are making some good points in general however in this particular issue you are conflicting a lot of topics. This is a cultural entertainment event. In the advert, did they make any negatively inciting comments towards any other groups or cultures. If they didn't then there was no need to say they shouldn't host the event or the masquerade. Masquerade isn't illegal in Nigeria or lagos, Unless for petty political sentiment. Which is the unfortunate case in naija...
we can't eat our cake and have it. We are an Itinerant people. That comes with also celebrating your culture in other domains. This is not a business investment to argue against. We perform iri ji in Lagos and other areas every year and they also come with masquerade display. Or will you also advise we only perform such events in Igbo land. ...When china, India etc are celebrating their new year etc in every country they are in with their dragons too. It's not a big deal in a sane society. Or is this issue about advertising the actual masquerade this time? If some one wants to antagonise you it won't matter what you do. They will find fault. Cultural celebration that isn't objectively inciting in a sane country shouldn't be used for petty politics. You shouldn't mix culture and business investment together. This ban is clearly political but it's not on the organisers.
@@Anambra1stSonTV that someone can/will be hostile towards you, shouldn't mean that you are guilty or at fault of anything. That's what bullies do. But we should do what we have always been doing and doing well..which is to celebrate our culture and in essence keep it alive and spread it too. That's our niche.
A wise man knows where he is welcomes and where he is not. Being itinerant doesn't translate to being stupid. It is our culture, yes. You don't respect ur culture if u must take it to another territory where people there may not identify with such culture, they'll most definitely denigrate the culture and demean it to a point humiliation. If ur custom is valued, people will travel to ur state to experience the beauty of the culture, not u taking ur culture to them. If u know who or what u are, u don't need validation from other people. Taking ur culture to another region under whatever guise is frankly stupid and a sheer art of soliciting other people's validation. Yorubas have proven to be hateful and bigoted, showcasing igbo masquerade in lagos is invariably dangerous as it is stupid.
@@noelobiekwe4049 you are not celebrating your culture in other domains for them, you are doing it for your own good/ people there. You are not seeking anyone's validation or interest. We are still in nigeria not a foreign country. You can't decide for Igbos to only celebrate their culture in igboland. That's the height of defeatism and paranoia. And that's actually what some other people want!!. Again if it's about business investment in igboland I understand but cultural celebration and reverence is different altogether and should be celebrated anywhere you are otherwise come back completely. Should you also say Igbos shouldn't speak Igbo or wear Igbo clothes outside igboland because of what your perceived enemies will say or do. That's a poor mentality and it won't stop whoever that wants to bully you. All said, this type of topic is only an academic/subjective opinion/debate. Let's face issues that have empirical facts/figures rather than emotions
Another guy that has invested heavily in Igboland is Chika Emenike the owner of Tummy Tummy Noodles He is from Imo state but his Tummy Tummy factory is in Anambra, he owns multiple Hotels and Lounges all over Owerri Imo state. Rento hotels and Mangrove lounge in Owerri belongs to him
I know him he is doing great, same with the owner of Tiger food, Orange drugs, Dozzy, Juhel pharmaceutical industry, Master Energy, Eastern Distilleries & Food Industries, Ekulo group, there are so many of our people doing well in the east

We all know how hostile these guys are to Igbos because of hatred and envy, imagine Ajofia Masquerade attacked in Lagos?
