I figured out that they are all in the same position every time, so if malzeno is bottom left he is always bottom left

You are correct they are!
Most convention and store owners know this as well tho, so if the box is open, you can bet they've shuffled them around and if you see 2 of the same box set open, then they likely even shuffled the boxes together.
