    Displacement -:
    7cm² + 7cm² = s²
    98cm² = s²
    s = 7√2 cm
    4. Distance = 2πr
    = 2 × 22/7 × 7cm
    = 44cm
    But, Displacement will be zero because object return back to its initial position

    Displacement -:
    7cm² + 7cm² = s²
    98cm² = s²

      Aur Iss case me object initial position se travel karke vapas initial position par hi aa gaya. Isme yeh observe Kiya jata hai ki initial aur final position ke bich ka shortest distance zero hai . So, displacement will be zero!

    ¾×2×22/7×7
    = 33cm
    Displacement = (H)² = (P)² + (B)²
    H² = 7² + 7²
    H² = √98
    = 7√ 2 is displacement
    4. Distance = 2πr
    2 x 22/7 x 7
    = 44cm
    Displacement = As we know initial and final point are same displacement turns zero
    Challenger problems
    1. Displacement can be zero if the initial and final point of an object is the same
    2. C. Displacement < Distance always but sometimes when distance and displacement both are covered in a straight line the magnitude becomes same but displacement can never be more than distance and distance can never be less than this displacement

    1-) morni hill is in haryana, india.
    2-) in 3rd question, distance = 33cm
    And displacement= under root 98 cm
    3-) in 4 question, distance =44 m
    And displacement = 0m
    4-) yes. The distance is always positive but the displacement May be positive, negative or 0.
    5-) displacement May be equal to distance, often distance is greater than displacement so hence last answer is option number D .

      Here is a circular track and A to B, B to C and C to D is covered distance....
      S = ( 2×22/7 ×7× 1/2).... *as the circumference of a semicircle travelled* + ( 2× 22/7 ×7 × 1/4 ).... *as circumference of a quadrant also travelled* ...so we have this equation...
      S=(2×22/7× 7 × 1/2) + (2×22/7×7×1/4)
      S= 22 + 11
      S= 33cm....

    Answer - Yes, an object has moved through a distance can have zero displacement if it comes back to his intial position.
    Example- If a person jogs in a circular path which is circular and completes one round. His Intial and Final position are same.
    Thus,his displacement is zero.
    I had learnt this question and answer from book.

      @@blissthetic6295 Listen carefully first you have to find the distance what is distance in case of body in circle as simple as that it is circumference of the circle that is 2pier. You already have given radius put the value of r you will get your distance but remembere that you do not have to take the whole distance of circle eliminate the distance of D to A. Then you will get your distance.
      displacement is the shortest distance between the initial point of an object and the final point of an object as you will know so extrapolate the radius to point the the you will find your answer.

      @@Why_not_yash_vardhan To find the distance in C part, as the particle (not travelling whole circle but only travelling 1/3 of the circle) we will apply the formula as usual, 2pier/3×7 = 2×22×7/3×7 (7 cancelled) the fraction will come as 44/3 and when you further simplify it, you will get 14.6 cm.

      Bro i think you are wrong bcz...if you see the ques. carefully so you will find that an object moves from A and stop on D (or in simple language circle is divided into 4 parts A to B = 1 part ....B to c = 2nd part....C to D = 3rd part so it becomes 3/4 ) so the ans. will me like this
      3/4 x 2 x 22/7 x 7 now simplify the fraction and you will get the ans.

    (1) yes,when the object will reach to it's final position again its displacement will be equal to zero.
    (2) (d) is the correct option.

    The distance travelled by a moving body cannot be zero but the final displacement of a moving body can be zero. The displacement of a moving body will be zero if, after traveling a certain distance, the moving body finally comes back to its starting point(or starting position).
