Sir initial pressure 1 mm hi rakhna hai ya km jyada bhi rkh sakte hai.. and second thing aapne kha ke hm ise 50 mm pr set krke (+,- 1 mm) ki id check kr sakte hai jbki hmne to ise 50 mm pr set kiya hua hai to ye above 50 mm kaise check krega ... sir plz clarify this confusion..

How to read depth micrometre please send video
+khurshid Raza Bro the reading technique of depth micrometer is same as standard micrometer. For getting reading from depth micrometer first you have to measure of rod which is ejected from micrometer + read simply micrometer scale and add the both value or you can directly minus (-)the value of micrometer scale from idel reading (full scale reading when depth micrometer's spindle is in side the micrometer) means in level with face or base of depth micrometer like 10 or 20mm of which range of depth micrometer you have. In this way you can directly get the reading by subtracting the values. OK I will Make a video but in present i don't have depth mictometer.

What is the pressure have to be taken during setting
+Niranjan Nadi Bore gauge has to set at minimum 1mm pressure when you need to measure deflection over +,- 0.5mm. more the pressure you apply more the deflection you can observer on the dial
What if bore is over 50mm e.g. 50.05 ?
+Money Not to worry
You only set the bore gauge at 50mm it will show you deflection on dial
You can see the result range +,- 1.5 mm easily because short hand of dial is of 0-3mm range
