    Just be aware when you are cutting strays because you may be cutting your own hair.

    *Hey y'all!!♥♥ My daughter braids my hair for me(when I got hair...LOL!!) She does exactly what you do. I use a dread cap to sleep in to keep the fuzzies away because pillowcases(if it isn't a silk one)will definitely fuzz up your braids. Good video as usual.* ♥♥♥♥♥

      Christina Tallie I don’t tend to cut strays bc I may be cutting the clients hair and I prefer to tend to my clients hair in and out of the style

    I can’t put moose on my hair when I’m done because my natural hair will shrivel up and start showing through the braid cause it’s so kinky lol (I have a twa)

      Stray gel, then oil sheen and keep it wrapped for some minutes. That works for me.

      Add baby oil...or any other liquid oil to the water before you dip your braids.

    How long to keep the wrap strips on? And should you go under the dryer ?

      Some people blowdry it but I recommend sitting under a dryer on med. Setting for a few minutes just until the mousse dry up or you could microwave/boil your water get a towel and dip it and wring it out so it wont drip that lays down hairs too

    I just dipped mines like an hr ago. I have it in a pineapple now. Will the ends be crinkly or something when I take it down??

      Most likely a bit wavey if the hair was not fully dry before you put it up. I sometimes do that, if I don't want the ends super straight.

    Is the moose still okay if your hair is blow dried and natural? My hair curls up/frizzes up quickly.

      I think it could be as she mentioned above that you are not tucking the clients hair when braiding (ensuring none of their own hair is sticking out)

      Try add a bit of cold water to the boiling water, if the water is too hot the tip starts to curl up

    I have an Olive Oil ORS wrap/set mousse. Can i use that on my braids? I was told not to use a mousse that contains alcohol.

      A'kayla Andrews thanks so much love! & I like mousse better because it takes awhile to set it. I feel like as soon as I put setting lotion on them, it goes away. I’m sure it’s just as effective but mousse is just my preference 💖

      U tend to use setting lotion as a prep for how you want your hair and its more of a liquid consistency meanwhile mousse can be used one wet or dry hair for a hold or definition

    I have a problem with them all having that straight look throughout and the ends have movement but where I don’t deep seem to have a slight bend and to me the difference is noticeable how do I get the full movement throughout because it’s no way to dip the full braids please help🥺🥺🥺🥺
