I have a few clients that has coarse hair and are wanting braids. I guess my question is can a person get smooth, sleek and shiny braids like the one's you do...IF---they have that hair type. There are videos on YT for 'Cornrows' on 4c but they still look...'rough'...I guess that's what I'm saying. Neat...but...you know...not shiny and pretty and stuff.

Yep that’s an electric kettle, they sell it at Walmart for $14.99. I use it for my braids too. You don’t have to fool around with a pot of hot water on the stove. It plugs into this little base that plugs into the wall, and within seconds the water is boiling. Then you can remove the pitcher from the base and dip the hair in it.
