      Yeppers, Robert was bummed when he dropped and broke the VI, he had made so many songs with....I keep hoping somebody at Norm's will "attempt" to try Primary on a Precision someday.

    • @ds2td
      @ds2td 4 ปีที่แล้ว +27

      finn shoaps Though your Chickenbacker 325 is cool as hell, I’d disagree. George is the coolest Beatle by a long shot. Many reasons including...
      He had the best style and fashion sense (also best facial hair)
      He was witty and charming, wooing girls left and right such as the best Beatles wives including Pattie and Olivia
      He was “quiet” which gave him an even more badass, cool quality
      He wrote some of the best Beatles songs
      He was caught between the big egos of John and Paul in which he blossomed in his solo career
      He did a massive amount of charity work as well as his famous Concert for Bangladesh, which included appearances by Bob Dylan, Ringo Starr, Billy Preston and Eric Clapton which was to raise international awareness of, and fund relief for refugees from East Pakistan, following the Bangladesh Liberation War-related genocide
      He had the best post-Beatle career out of the Fab Four, also having the best solo album “All Things Must Pass”
      His guitar playing was badass and creative, especially his slide
      He had a week dedicated to him back in 2014 held by Conan who is a big fan of his
      His life was celebrated through the Concert for George in 2002, with his family and close friends playing his songs on stage
      Calling George lame is uncalled for. None of the Beatles are lame especially him.

Always luved the sound of the bass , just the thumpty thump thump , especially the funkier versions , but those extra two strings , and the extra p/u , a full on rythem section , awesome , thanks guys.

    I'm not sure which I found more riveting, the fact that I had asked for a demo of this model and one popped up under my nose in July 2020 or that Michael included the fragment of information that this model did not begin with the strangle switch. I thought that switch was part of the architecture the moment it first went into production.
    Hearing what Michael did when he detuned the low E string brings something to my mind. Is it possible to have this model modified with one of those levers that you can attach in place of a machine head on a typical bass for the purpose of changing the pitch of the string?.
