same here. I was always confused as a kid watching American shows or movies (i'm Australian) when people would wake up and brush their teeth then head down to eat breakfast lol
I brush right away to get the morning breath taken care of lol and I typically don’t eat breakfast since my stomach doesn’t really care for food right after waking up.
I have one like that that has this part you have to pull down to get it going up top, and sometimes it likes to be temperamental, so you have to really hold on to it till the last possible second and jump back like you're dodging a cobra to not get hit by a blast of ice water on your back.
I worked at Chick-fil-A, and the amount of food packaging I would find in the bathroom was absurd. Like why are you bringing your food into the stall with you 🤮

Federal law doesn't require meal breaks, just that it doesn't count as work time if it's 30 minutes or more. Regardless, I've worked places where I didn't even get the legally required breaks in my state. You're expecting all companies to abide by the law.

Yeah you're not supposed to brush your teeth DIRECTLY after eating. You should wait like 30 minutes, and then brush your teeth. If you're in a rush you can rinse thoroughly with water and then brush
i legit wouldn't know how to make this work though because in the morning i either don't have breakfast before leaving for work or i do have breakfast but then i most certainly do not have time to wait for 30 minutes to brush my teeth..

We have a rule that food and drinks don’t go into the bathroom. I have a 2 and a 4 year old so when I need to use the restroom I give them a snack so they’ll leave me alone 😂
