"Remixed bundles" doesn't mean all the bundles are different, it means that there is a chance that bundles are assigned from the pool of remixed ones, randomly.
True but I wish it maybe gave you the option to be like “no really, randomize them So Much” cause sometimes it’s hard to even tell if something is a remixed bundle since so much stays the same haha

Yes, it's so great. Honestly, it was pretty worth it even before that, and grinding those levels a bit makes sense anyway for the weeds/ancient seeds and rock crabs (for the rock crab monster hunter reward)

I bought my twin sister Stardew Valley for her 30th birthday this year and she has so much fun with it. We either play our seperate farms while communicating via discord or I help on her farm via multiplayer. It's so fun to share this game with people. I give her advise when she needs it (I also have the Stardew Valley Guidebook 1.5 version, which is very handy) and when she encounters something from the update, I don't know what's happening either so we explore together. 😂 It's so much fun. Started my 4th playthrough.
I got my partner SV for our 1 month and we’re planning on starting it this week. Apparently they want a massive bunny farm, lol

Not sure if you have seen yet Gab but in the next update 1.6.3 when you upgrade a tool at Clint’s you will still then be able to process geodes at the same time.

I would love for it to be a changeable setting, though
there is a lot of new late game stuff, like ginger island late stuff, ginger island now also has an appropriate achievement, so even your complete save file is incomplete now not only with the new added items but some extra achievements too to get. There is also new machines to produce new items, there is new events, new things to complete, new books to get literally, new items, new decor, new quests, new things to your house, more pets, like even if you don't read the patch update you're gonna be baffled by all the new stuff that you'll encounter, you might as well play till completing the volcano dungeon or something, there is just so much to discover.

In reference to 50:45 on my first playthrough I romanced Shane, all in all, red flags at first, didn’t care because apparently I want everyone to like my character 🤦♀️😂 Anyway, when you marry and they move in, Shane’s part of the home is absolutely filthy, all is great with the added special chickens and what not, but I had to divorce that dude quick, it wasn’t fitting in with my “keep everything clean, tidy and warm”aesthetic😂

So I married penny in my first play through, and probably the best thing is the strawberry bedroom that you can get with her!

I keep trying to watch your Stardew playlists and I just fall asleep after like 15 minutes because of your voice😭😭
You’ve probably already streamed the next episode so you probably won’t see this in time, but unless this changed in 1.6, there are 4 forage-able items for the crab pot bundle. The clam, the mussel, the cockle, and I think the oyster. You have all but the cockle. The hardest part is getting the fifth item, but since you got the crab from the mines you don’t actually NEED a crab pot to complete the bundle. You just have to wait a little bit and check the beach regularly. Use your iron on tool upgrades instead since you have enough ore for 5 bars. If you upgrade the axe again you can already get into the secret woods.
I so need to play this again! I always come back to it every now and then for the relaxing atmosphere and cozy farm-life calmness. And now that it has moved into version 1.6; I'd love to experience some of these major and minor changes for myself!
And as always, it's a joy to watch you come back to playing Stardew Valley, Gab. You always manage to make into a fun and relaxing time; it's actually what introduced me to your channel in the first place. So your series on this game always has a special place in my heart for cozy Let's Plays!

Hey Gab, I'd like to give you a tip/trick that can help with your underpowered sword dilemma! It's below if you want to see it...
At the level of mine that you are currently at you can grind the lower levels a bit and kill enough bugs to get the Insect Head sword as a reward from the adventurer's guild. It does up to 30 damage a swing has increased speed and crit chance. It's a really good way to get access to a powerful sword with 0 gold required! Plus it can carry you all the way through the icy levels of the mine, or until you can afford a better sword. I hope that helps out!

I def recommend buying a workbench from Robin (2k). Total lifesaver; put it at the end of a group / row of chests, and it'll draw crafting ingredients from them. No more need to have crafting things on hand or go through the menu; just use the workbench :) Probably my favourite addition tbh.

You just need a cockle to finish that one bundle! You dont absolutely HAVE to get a crab pot first, you can also forage cockles from the beach! 🥰

Drinking mayo was added to the game because for whatever reason there were a lot of people who were like well you can drink wine and beer in game so why couldn’t you drink mayo? And then it became a thing and then concerned ape just went sure guys sure

I mean, you could always eat random seaweed and green slime gunk you find in trash cans, but drawing the line at homemade mayo? Sure :D

I kind of wish with the new update, they made Willy kind of like his own museum but instead of artifacts, it is Fish. Once you hit certain amounts, you get rewards like the museum that could be Fishing related: Trout Soup, good bait, different rods, bobbers, etc.

This is really late, but at 11:39, she says about wanting a Tabby, but you can choose the type of cat in the character creation screen 😉
Salmonberries: those are always a godsend for me and I rely on them for free energy and health refills until I get sashimi from crabpot fish (after house upgrade) or blackberries in fall. It's hard to get energy refilling foods in the early game and for most of them, you're better off selling them. Salmonberries you can't do much else with other than eating or processing into jam, so they're perfect.
BTW if you pick the mushroom cave, you get a free dehydrator. I have never picked that cave again after my very first save but the dehydrator won me over this time.
You get one ticket for every third billboard quest you complete successfully, so it's really worth doing a bunch of them! If you keep going like this, you can get a fall tree in early-to-mid summer (the order of the prizes is pretty regulated, except I got an orange tree instead of the peach tree like you) and plant it in time. There are also a few other interesting rewards, like the new tea thingy.
I've been loving all the games you play these days! You make it so interesting and enjoyable to watch! Also love to see you playing the outlast trials with the boys!!
I know it's silly to have someone be reliant of one's happiness. But this is the brightest part of my dark days. Something so simple as watching a chill person play a chill game.

I started a new farm due to this series and borrowed a bit of Gab luck in the mines. Went for a "Cheeky 5er" the other day and instead got 15 levels (30-45)!!

There is a rare cutscene you can get with your chickens as well, were a wolf comes in and takes a chicken if you leave the coop door open! So always close it!!

That’s not true, that only happens if you lock a farm animal out of the coop/barn by closing the door before they can go in for the night
The pool/sauna replenishes stamina over about an hour if you ever run out early!! Love the streams!

I know this is not Twitch, but I heard you ask the questions. On the new 1>6 stardew, i have played about 30 hours. I am on my "summer" season, day 8. I do security work, so every other weekend I have off including monday. So I get to play mostly on those days. But I do take time to watch you and others play games or get some "geek" news on the comic books and superhero/star wars news. And by the way, Ia m a 61 year old man and partly don't want to grow up. I want escapism from the real world, sometimes. Amen?

I am playing this game for the first time ever and I am loving it so far! My only problem is the fishing :( I can't seem to get it right - either it goes high up too much or it drops and bounces and I feel like I am losing some precious fish!! I can catch fish using the training rod though. Any tips please?
If you buy strawberry seeds year one, you can save some seeds for early planting year 2 for more harvests and profits.
ive just started the video so idk if its mentioned here, but, i sincerely hope you pick Sebastian. I am a literal simp for this man and he really needs his love. It's not really all that difficult to romance him. Just give him a gift every 2 times a week at 3pm. unless its raining then hes likely at the pier. I mean he could also be at the lake by his house but more often than not (at least for me) hes at the pier. Also, once you have 2 hearts you can enter his room whenever you want
