@@tianmijun never a fan of unrequited love. The Untamed had a positive hint at the end hence loved it because original novel has positive ending. Ask person who goes through this. Complete emotional drain. Also this is a negative emotion as it brings more pain than joy.

I think it was the supposedly hidden feelings, but that are actually very visible to the audience, and how they change for each other. How they put each other first and you can see their adoration for the other from the (small in Lan Zhan's case) changes in their facial expressions. In some shows it's included in the dialogue that their partner is like the most important in the world to them, but in this show you can see it without hearing the characters say it themselves. It's so beautiful
I mean idk if the budget is that small man lmao... I think it’s produced by ten cent isn’t it?? That’s a major tech company in China. Maybe it’s small for a ten cent project but I doubt the budget is that low. Ten cent is like the producing company of many popular movies and dramas, and it has a few game companies I believe. One of which owns pub g. The cgi I guess was a bit disappointing. And they could’ve used more back up actors for the battles. But besides that I think the budget was pretty good. Ten cent probably didn’t want to risk a large investment as it is based on a bl novel after all and as we all know, there’s censorship in China.

If it's based on the novel, I wonder if they still gonna censor a lot of the romantic scenes. In the original, they censored them and made them subtle with little hints. Like when they changed Wei Ying & Lan Zhan's first kiss into a somewhat confession scene. I hope they show the cute sweet romance scenes from the novel. Like the confession scene from chapter 100. I know they can't show the sexual stuff because it's China. In my opinion, they didn't need that in the original for you to understand the main character's relationship. A lot of people who haven't read the novel thinks it's a bromance. We all know it's not. I just hope like the original, they keep the special edition as close to the novel as possible.

Maybe show a lot of BL scenes, the story is not so touched, unrequited love is always the most beautiful emotion。

If it's based on the novel, I wonder if they still gonna censor a lot of the romantic scenes. In the original, they censored them and made them subtle with little hints. Like when they changed Wei Ying & Lan Zhan's first kiss into a somewhat confession scene. I hope they show the cute sweet romance scenes from the novel. Like the confession scene from chapter 100. I know they can't show the sexual stuff because it's China. In my opinion, they didn't need that in the original for you to understand the main character's relationship. A lot of people who haven't read the novel thinks it's a bromance. We all know it's not. I just hope like the original, they keep the special edition as close to the novel as possible.
Should have left the drunk scenes in the original...they are priceless...
