In the UK, if you have a permanent disability you may qualify for Disabled Living Allowance. This financial monthly support payment can be used to pay for a Motabilty car lease. It is a charity that was set up in 1977, They lease company is contacted and leases about 750,000 cars. The cars are 0% vat so 20% cheaper, plus insurance and servicing are included. It’s a wonderful scheme.

I'm kicking myself that I didn't attend this, I somehow thought that it was on at the end of May so went to the Fully Charged show Event in Harrogate today. I'm due to change my motability car in October.

@warnerswheelingabout4879 They use you and spend 11k of pip for 3 years and mobility don't let buy or keep car at end, so lose everything. They sell the car at auction to get their money back. 💰 the car value drop and could bought my own car.
