Hey y’all. Today’s video was what’s in my track bag for practice. Nothing in this video is sponsored it is just the normal of what i have been bringing to Track and field practice so far this year.

what would you recommend for first running shoes? i have a pretty tight budget and i’m not sure if i’m sticking with track yet so would normal tennis shoes be ok?

I'm in middle school and my coach told me to bring clothes to condition in. What should I wear? (Our first practice is tomorrow btw)

It matters on the weather. Since it would be your first practice and you don’t have a routine yet i would suggest leggings with sweats over it or shorts with sweats over it with a tshirt and hoodie. I live in georgia and it has the most bipolar weather so i usually wear that. Or you can never go wrong with leggings and a T. just trust your gut with the weather
