    "This isn't always about buying a house. It is ALWAYS about helping the seller," said Pace. There's so much truth there that it sounds more like a verse than a statement. Before I make those calls or knock at somebody's door, I will say that to myself.

    I'm a Realtor and I LOVE this channel. I found it a week ago and I have been watching and rewatching your videos. I never felt comfortable cold calling or reaching out to sellers by phone because I never felt good with the scripts given by "mentors". The scrips seemed so cold and pushy. Instead, I love how patient you are to homeowners in distress and your empathy for them show through. I hope I can get comfortable as I continue to learn through your channels. I appreciate them. I know you put a lot of time and effort into these videos. But you do them for the love of community. Thank you!

      @@PaceMorby Hi there! :) You won't believe it but I actually got my FIRST "bite"! :) I honestly DON'T know what to do with it either! lol Here's a quick outline... Pre-foreclosure with auction date June 25th. Over a year in a loan modification (is that odd?). Has had a real estate agent for two weeks but agent has NOT listed the property. She's also NOT late on her payments but... took out a HELOC (which is where the foreclosure stems from). Less than $35K is the reason for the upcoming sale, if you can believe it! I suggested Subto and she is open! :) Any advice? She wants to keep the home BUT would take a cash offer. Has a handicap relative so she REALLY wants to remain in the home. HELP! :) I honestly couldn't believe how forthcoming she was! She is ready to MAKE A MOVE, man! :) Thanks again for all you are doing! I can't WAIT to finally meet you! :)

    Pace Morby - Question on your number 7. You had said you could pay to fix up the house for them and sell then split profits. How do you go about making that up in the paperwork so you don't get screwed out of any money. If they sell or decide to then just stay in it and not sell.

    The sheriff does not show up right away, be honest please, well not in CA at least.. The attorneys have to send it to the judge first for review and that might take sometime, and then to the sheriff's dept., etc.

    I have a question.
    So, the Federal Reserve prints money out of thin air. ("We make money the old fashioned way. We print it." ~ Federal Reserve Bank of Boston - insignia written on the rotunda)
    Then the Federal Reserve supplies banks in the "Federal Reserve System" with money at a bank rate.
    The bank then loans out that money created out of thin air by the Federal Reserve.
    You fail to make the payments and the bank seizes the property.
    My question is this: How is it that banks can create money out of nothing, then seize real property on loans made with that money?
    My next question is, do you realize how badly you're being taken by such a scam as this?
    The bank can seize real property from money created out of nothing.
    Perhaps a better line of business is to start a bank so you too can participate in the scam at a higher level.

    Richard Milhous Nixon did not divorce the United States from gold as he had no power to unilaterally change any provision of the US Constitution.

      There is no set amount and it depends how much you want to give them or how much they want. Keep in mind they might want A LOT OF MONEY. So you gotta make it work for you also. Sometimes there asking price is negotiable.

    I say this out of genuine curiosity so please dont take this like i am being condensending. Why present so many options to them? They are confused and stressed as it is. Wouldent it be better to present them with just a few options that would help them the most? If you look up the study that was done on giving too many options to people it shows that the more options you give the harder it is for them to make a decision.
