Yup, not balanced at all. For mugen 'games' you at least want to try to make sure all the characters are on a fair plane somehow, everyone has to have more or less the same number of moves. Otherwise its just yet another low effort 'oh grab characters from here and there and call it a game'.
@@shirakani it's more or less a balancing act of how strong those moves are, Ken's moves have heavy combo potential, imo I think he should do less damage if he's gonna have that many options to work with

Too many ppl just take characters from elsewhere, throw them together and call it a game. Its never that simple.

I like Heavy D! and Lee and all, but I would replace them with someone not similar to Balrog/M. Bison and Vega/Balrog like there is Yamazaki, hell Yashiro (Shermie has been in crossovers) and maybe if someone has the patience to sprite work Charlotte or Jeanne D' Arc from World Heroes. Then there is Kensou. Replace Bao for Kensou. Why not have Guy since he has a KOF style sprite out there and Alex is coming too. There is many questions?
