I'm a big fan of this game, it's such a great mix of tactics and narrative. Tempo is so important. It's very cool to see GMT branch out into settings that are part historical part literary/mythological. This is my first COIN or ICS and I'm curious for more!
Hey, as an old fan of the channel I must say it feels extra special to see you like the game. Thanks so much for this review.

Happy for Fred that this game is doing well! :-D Good guy!
So far it’s been my game of the year for 2024. Really, really love this one.
Okay, I guess this will have to move to the "must have" category! (Thanks for the review, Joel!)
Great game. One of the year's best IMHO. Great look at it here, Joel.
Great review, Joel! Love that game.
I managed to snag the last available copy on a certain online game store after your review, woohoo!
Score! :)
Many people claim that the events are boring and very often useless when compared to e.g. The British Way. Would you agree?
Not even a little bit. I've seen them throw games for a loop more than once.
Been enjoying this much more than the COIN games. And my wife will play it! :)
thanks for the Look! What do you think of Bloodstones (i see it on your shelf)?
I enjoy it quite a bit. Reviewed it here: th-cam.com/video/Ha1hcuZdy2U/w-d-xo.html
@@DriveThruReview thanks!
It's a super-fun game
