    Learn how to create the elegant Frozen Branch Christmas Bauble in this PotomacBeads tutorial. Impress your family and friends with a heartfelt, handmade gift this year.
    1.Put a size 10/12 needle onto 1 meter of Miyuki thread. Pick up an 11/0 and slide it down leaving about 15cm for a tail. Thread through the needle again to hold it in place. Add 4 more seed beads and go back through the second and third bead. Take one more seed bead and go back through the set of three 11/0s. Pick up a Czech pearl and go up the two outside 11/0s.
    2.Watch the Frozen Branch Christmas Bauble tutorial to continue the St. Petersburg stitch to complete the branches for the Christmas ornament.
    3.Connect the beaded strips together and attach to the top of the bauble. Sew a loop of pearls and seed beads at the bottom to connect the branches below. Tie into a double knot. Reinforce the beads in the circle. Hide the tail and trim the ends.
    It is easy to adjust the pattern to fit any size of bauble. Have fun making The Frozen Branch Christmas Bauble in a bunch of colors to decorate your tree.
    Enjoy using this jewelry-making bead tutorial video to help you become a more creative and happier beader!
    The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
    ●Czech Pearls - Pale White Shiny 3mm, 126 pieces
    ●Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 - Silver Lined Crystal, ~7 gram
    ●Miyuki Seed Beads 15/0 - Opaque Smoke Gray Luster, ~2 gram

    This is so pretty. One of my favorite Xmas ornaments. I'm making some for my Mother-in-law, who always has a beautiful, classy tree. These are so perfect for her.

    I just finished making it using red 11/0, very nice result. A bit wonky in spots but when it is on the tree who will notice. Thanks Tereza for the great design.

    Thank you so much for such a beautiful project. I really appreciate that it can be adjusted to fit different size balls. That is sometimes a problem with ornament designs. Thank you for your amazing creativity!

    I have loved beading and jewellery making for about eight years now but during the last year or so I've done virtually nothing due to having no motivation and having other things to be doing. You have been the inspiration I needed to kick start myself into action again with this pattern. Thanks to you I've successfully made a Frozen Branch Christmas Bauble over the last two days and it looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this video and sparking my enthusiasm again :)

    I make ornaments year round and this one is beautiful. I wish the background was the royal-blue color of the instructors pullover sweater instead of white so the white pearls/miyuki's, thread, etc. would had shown better. It gave me a headache straining to follow blindly. oh well, Thanks.

    If the ornament is larger or smaller ,what would be the bead count,or pattern?

    • @Potomacbeadco
      @Potomacbeadco  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tina, that need to be tested for the specific size, I don't know the counts for any other sizes. The number of 15/0s connecting the ornaments has to change, but it needs to be tested. -Tereza.

    Thank you for this tutorial. However, please consider using at least a light grey background for your tutorials with white beads. This way it will be much easier to follow your tutorials for those who mostly rely on watching and not listening to your instructions. Thanking you in advance 😊
