As a mixed Haitian immigrant this made me so happy to see. It looks like everyone had an amazing time. In a crazy way, being from Haiti, then growing up with friends of all different backgrounds, when I began DJing venues, I’d DJ at a Latin American Club on Tuesdays, on Thursday nights, I’d dj at a soul food restuarant on Thursdays, on Friday, I’d DJ at a Jamaican restaurant, on Saturdays, if there were no weddings, it would be Caribbean night. It gave me the opportunity to Dj a each front wedding for a Jamaican and Irish couple. Being able to DJ with world music is always a nice change of pace.

876 Sounds I think it’s tacky seeing a monogram on a wall. Looks like a regular projection to me when it’s on the wall. I think there is more of a wow factor seeing the monogram on the floor. On the wall looks like a power point. Not a fan when DJs do that.
You hit this one out the park DJ Barr!! The dancehall reggae & soca set you played were of songs that were well known and had a major cross over into the airwaves in the NYC Tri-State area. Also that large 6 panel facade looks awesome. That “no request face” at the end is something all of us DJ’s has to deal with. I feel your pain bruh. Anyway keep these great videos coming!!

Everything you did was excellent in this wedding ceremony. Although, the lights you set up on the speaker poles under those speakers need to be placed elsewhere. You never want to shine your bright headlights into the faces of the deer on the highway/dance floor. Elevate those lights my friend. Off angle access is best. Think of this scenario, you have a great facade, it's elegant, and very professional looking. Then you shine lights into everyone's faces and they can't see your nice well thought out kick ass set up. Nor will all the cameras. You want people to see your creation and take pictures. Pictures speak a thousand words and get more gigs. Best wishes to you, happy birthday and keep on keeping on.

Your not alone man. Here in Nova Scotia Canada we are lucky to get over 600.00. People just don't get it. One venue told me I was too expensive at 350.00 for a 4 hour St. Paddy's Day dance so they hired another cheaper DJ. Lol.
