Lmao, I did like 50 escapes in last year and only in 3.24.1 I hear first time about this Ruto mission because CIG put a bugfix for "Need an out" in patchnotes ))
I tried this so many times ... If you find a rover in the hangar, you are a lucky man. If the Cutlass is waiting for you at the end of the mission, your wife iw probably cheating on you. When i try to do this mission, 90% of the time, the hangars are empty. And even if i manage to get by foot on the wreck site, the Cutlass is nowhere to find.
Great video. I actually did not know about the mission but I did escape the same way. I did notice the bodys but how do you get the mission to spawn? I also died because the rovers were not in EITHER even though it said it was there.
I just waited a few minutes and Ruto offered the mission. With how 3.18 has been at launch, I'm not sure how consistent missions are or if he's only offering at certain crime levels as well. When you accept the mission, a body will spawn on one of the metal platforms and it will require some creative jumping to get to. The rovers have been a pain that way for a while. Hopefully things settle down a bit with 3.18 they'll be more consistent again. Cheers!

FYI the ursa rovers are almost 100% guaranteed not to be there. Even if the monitor says they're there, they are not.

bro ive escaped like 5 times in the last 24 hrs and no rovers will spawn
Same here brother. Just stopped and I'm waiting it out now
same(( I tried 5 times, 3 of them no rovers, 2 times I got them spawned underground
