It really isn't complicated. It is pretty clear he realized that no matter how much he spends in SOC he wasn't going to be able to bully and dominate like you can as a big spender in the early game. There is a segment out there that just getting to be the "biggest" is what is fun and that actually playing the fighting portion of the game is secondary.

In PUBG mobile you spend millions and lack skill you will get bored and quit. In rok you spend millions, no skill required just huge amount of time when everything is easy for you, you will quit quicker than playing PUBG.
