I'm a little confused because my North Node in my chart is in the 10th house which for me is in Cancer... so how does that work if the 10th House is usually ruled by Capricorn?

This very accurate ..I struggle with volnurability but that's because when I am volnurable people tend to take advantage of me when I am tough people are scared of me or distancing themselves from me.. I need to find a better way to relate to people so they feel comfortable with me but yet don't take adventage

Thank you, Hannah, so true. My parents were like children and I was their parent. This led to many years of repressed emotions having to deal with adult situations as a child. Capricorn is often the glue to hold sticky situations together. North node in cancer and South node in Capricorn can also be clearing a convoluted, messy ancestral line. My mother has this placement and this makes so much sense. She thinks that just giving material objects will smooth over her abusive actions instead of giving any sort of empathy. It’s as if these people are walking around possessed and unable to actually enjoy ANYTHING in life because they are so focused on material goals. That’s no way to live. I have North Node in Cancer at 27 degrees. Now..can you explain why I get the same results? Meaning I can be vulnerable to the bone or I can be as mean as the devil. I still get the same result. People DO NOT like me. Even if it's a stranger. Someone that I have never met before can decide in ONE SECOND that they DO NOT LIKE ME. I can be very real and genuine with people and they still do not like me. I've noticed that I'm a lot happier when I don't have to deal with people. I'm married and I know this is sad to say but sometimes I just wanna be by myself and left alone cause it's so much better than having to put up with people who will NEVER respect me regardless of how I act or how much I do out of love for people.

I absorb people emotion like a sponge until i'm overwhelmed, but its very hard to me to expressed my emotion with other people... Hi, my North Node in Cancer is in the 8th House and conjunct Venus. I can definitely relate to everything you said in terms of the challenges that I have been facing. I have been struggling with remaining a nurturing person when I am in a career-centric circumstance, and one of my biggest pet peeves has intentional incompetence in anyone's chosen field, particularly when their decision affects the lives of others, not only myself. Previous to watching this video, I had been noticing situations where I become authoritative when it would probably work better if I had a real conversation with the people who seem to be doing less than their best. I also noticed how it spilled over into the few relationships that I have had, as my Venus placement forced me into confronting that authoritarianism because my partners always seemed to react badly to any perceived desire to control a situation relative to my moral compass. It's left me feeling like I've been brutalized for sticking up for my convictions and in terms of my work life, things only really started to improve once I took a more holistic approach to things. Spending more time trying to fully understand my natal chart, I have an 11th House stellium in Libra and Uranus is in the 2nd House, so there is a lot of independence and control involved and combining the aspects of that House with my Sun conjunct Mercury in the 9th House which enhances that sense of authority, it wasn't until I saw this video that everything made more sense after a long time looking for that puzzle piece. 12th house has to do with dissolution, the other realm (spiritual ascension), isolation (any places involving isolation, like hospitals/prison). It also represents far away places, the hiding things you can't put into words but you can feel... My mom has her North node in the 12th as well. The meaning changes depending on other factors of the chart, but in hers it shows that she must stop being focused on serving others, her lesson has to do with learning to focus on her own wellbeing, her own purposes, her spiritual growth. She develops better when she travels far away of her mother land, to places where nobody knows her and she has to do everything by herself and her main priority is taking care of herself. That's how she gets to transform into a better person, and to feel better with her life...
Been waiting for this one! My Cancer north node is conjunct my descendant in the 7th house. which makes my Capricorn south node conjunct my ascendant. I related to some of the things you said like suppressing feelings for social acceptance and being driven to succeed in goals. However I have always had a back and forth with this placement. My chart is about 1/4 water so I have generally been sensitive to others feelings and I always prefer to connect with the people I work with. I do not consider myself a good leader; I prefer to push myself alone rather than push other with me (maybe my Aqua sun explains that). My feelings have often gotten the best of me especially of late so maybe my Cancer north node has kicked into overdrive!
But I don’t wanna be vulnerable 😂 I want my own business 😫😫 this makes a lot of sense. At the same time I’m a Pisces sun Scorpio moon; so I’m overly emotional and intuitive, and life path number 11 so I feel like I have a higher purpose and I hate mediocrity. It’s a tough life 😂
Thank you for this. I have NN in cancer 2nd house and my husband does too. We clearly have a karmic connection and several past lives together. We also struggle with figuring out our financial path and how to be financially successful. I feel I’m a bit ‘better’ at leaning into my NN than he is seeing as he is a Cap Sun, Venus and Merc. So his Cap is super strong and so is that south node. I have no earth signs in my chart so I am much more flexible and feel that strong NN pull to nurture my children who I worked diligently to conceive (thanks Saturn in 5th). I love mothering but it does not feel natural to me and I’ve had to work very very hard to learn to tune into their feelings and thus my own. Your point about being humble hit the nail on the head as I must frequently humble myself to apologize to them for becoming cold and insensitive sometimes to those big feels they have. I have this placement and I need to say that everytime I hear about it I just feel that I am the worst person in the world. For me, when astrologers talk about this north node it just sound like “I’m sorry, you are a loser just like the bullies said in the past at school, you won’t achieve what you want”. It’s a curse.

Wow, even diving into astrology myself lately, (studied the nodes more on Martin Schumanns work) - this new studies i feel i have to master, be the best, and more often than not i trade time with my family, hobbies and just enjoy life to keep studing - , but your approach and explanation totally, i mean totally describes my life. But as a soul i came this time with some obstacles to reach that Cancer north node. Scorpio rising (so 10th house in Leo) ... but as i understand is I have to balance this total control (my wife sometimes even says i have a stone heart lol - moon in capricorn to make things tougher) with being open to nourish and be nourished (luckly my wife is pisces ascendant). Nowadays i run my own business (boss again lol), but im in the verge of shutting it down (im a pharmacist) to work with astrology, divinations tools, and everything more intuitive (my 12th house have a 5 planets Stellium :) Even hugs to me feel awkward. It took me 38 to realize that (im 41 now). I also came from a "cold" family, i was never put aside or anything like that, but gosh i learnt and heard "i love you" way later in my life. Thanks a lot for posting this, through spirituality, meditation (and im also drawn to the left hand practices) (this cancer north node is in the 8th house) i´ll heal my inner child and help others, that´s what my soul litelly whispers (shouts lol) in my ear, is what im here to do. Ι wonder if you might have something to say about the complicating factor, regarding the nodal axis, of having a natal planet squaring it. My SN Cap, conjunct my ASC no less, made no sense at all, as I have been rightly accused of wearing my heart on my sleeve...UNTIL I read that the square means that BOTH nodes are familiar energies that have, however, each, been only partially developed. This really is true in my case. Thanks for anything you might have to say about what EA calls a Skipped Step. :)

Sometimes , being so lovely & opened we just end up other's exploiting us. If those betrayals keep taking place we develop 'trust issue' thingy😂. Never trying to open up and trusting others. Many people then think we are heartless after taking lessons from these betrayals and 🗿hardening us up(which is completely opposite😢).

I still struggle with balance but life is an adventure so all will work out in Divine timing.
Bottom line give yourself permission to love yourself and your family unconditionally, all awhile knowing that it will all work out in the end.

Hi, my North Node in Cancer is in the 8th House and conjunct Venus.
I can definitely relate to everything you said in terms of the challenges that I have been facing. I have been struggling with remaining a nurturing person when I am in a career-centric circumstance, and one of my biggest pet peeves has intentional incompetence in anyone's chosen field, particularly when their decision affects the lives of others, not only myself.
Previous to watching this video, I had been noticing situations where I become authoritative when it would probably work better if I had a real conversation with the people who seem to be doing less than their best. I also noticed how it spilled over into the few relationships that I have had, as my Venus placement forced me into confronting that authoritarianism because my partners always seemed to react badly to any perceived desire to control a situation relative to my moral compass. It's left me feeling like I've been brutalized for sticking up for my convictions and in terms of my work life, things only really started to improve once I took a more holistic approach to things.
Spending more time trying to fully understand my natal chart, I have an 11th House stellium in Libra and Uranus is in the 2nd House, so there is a lot of independence and control involved and combining the aspects of that House with my Sun conjunct Mercury in the 9th House which enhances that sense of authority, it wasn't until I saw this video that everything made more sense after a long time looking for that puzzle piece.

12th house has to do with dissolution, the other realm (spiritual ascension), isolation (any places involving isolation, like hospitals/prison). It also represents far away places, the hiding things you can't put into words but you can feel... My mom has her North node in the 12th as well. The meaning changes depending on other factors of the chart, but in hers it shows that she must stop being focused on serving others, her lesson has to do with learning to focus on her own wellbeing, her own purposes, her spiritual growth. She develops better when she travels far away of her mother land, to places where nobody knows her and she has to do everything by herself and her main priority is taking care of herself. That's how she gets to transform into a better person, and to feel better with her life...
Been waiting for this one! My Cancer north node is conjunct my descendant in the 7th house. which makes my Capricorn south node conjunct my ascendant. I related to some of the things you said like suppressing feelings for social acceptance and being driven to succeed in goals. However I have always had a back and forth with this placement. My chart is about 1/4 water so I have generally been sensitive to others feelings and I always prefer to connect with the people I work with. I do not consider myself a good leader; I prefer to push myself alone rather than push other with me (maybe my Aqua sun explains that). My feelings have often gotten the best of me especially of late so maybe my Cancer north node has kicked into overdrive!
And my Cancer NN is in retrograde to boot!

Thank you for this. I have NN in cancer 2nd house and my husband does too. We clearly have a karmic connection and several past lives together. We also struggle with figuring out our financial path and how to be financially successful.
I feel I’m a bit ‘better’ at leaning into my NN than he is seeing as he is a Cap Sun, Venus and Merc. So his Cap is super strong and so is that south node. I have no earth signs in my chart so I am much more flexible and feel that strong NN pull to nurture my children who I worked diligently to conceive (thanks Saturn in 5th). I love mothering but it does not feel natural to me and I’ve had to work very very hard to learn to tune into their feelings and thus my own. Your point about being humble hit the nail on the head as I must frequently humble myself to apologize to them for becoming cold and insensitive sometimes to those big feels they have.

I have this placement and I need to say that everytime I hear about it I just feel that I am the worst person in the world. For me, when astrologers talk about this north node it just sound like “I’m sorry, you are a loser just like the bullies said in the past at school, you won’t achieve what you want”. It’s a curse.

the entire time i felt like i was being confronted by the truth (almost like being attacked) and it felt so uncomfortable because..i wanted to defend myself but i had nothing to defend myself with because this is all true. why is this making me angry. it feels like my entire life has been false.
10 the house, and I work for Medicare, I've been tested with other possibilities that do not have the nurturing effect that this job has but are more money I'm patiently waiting on the right fit as I'm a Scorpio and always needing growth and stability.

Yeah 2020 has been a year of learning for sure I’m a Libra sun Aquarius moon Sagittarius venus north node in cancer south node in Capricorn and through this I’ve been going through a spiritual awakening for about a year now and learning about self-love self care learning to give up power and take my power back it has been a very difficult year for me I am especially when my goal has been set on relationships and family life where I am lacking and wanting to be in a committed relationship going from that experience I’ve opened up my third eye by meditating now I’m trying to figure out how to get past my past life karma

Wow, even diving into astrology myself lately, (studied the nodes more on Martin Schumanns work) - this new studies i feel i have to master, be the best, and more often than not i trade time with my family, hobbies and just enjoy life to keep studing - , but your approach and explanation totally, i mean totally describes my life. But as a soul i came this time with some obstacles to reach that Cancer north node. Scorpio rising (so 10th house in Leo) ... but as i understand is I have to balance this total control (my wife sometimes even says i have a stone heart lol - moon in capricorn to make things tougher) with being open to nourish and be nourished (luckly my wife is pisces ascendant). Nowadays i run my own business (boss again lol), but im in the verge of shutting it down (im a pharmacist) to work with astrology, divinations tools, and everything more intuitive (my 12th house have a 5 planets Stellium :) Even hugs to me feel awkward. It took me 38 to realize that (im 41 now). I also came from a "cold" family, i was never put aside or anything like that, but gosh i learnt and heard "i love you" way later in my life. Thanks a lot for posting this, through spirituality, meditation (and im also drawn to the left hand practices) (this cancer north node is in the 8th house) i´ll heal my inner child and help others, that´s what my soul litelly whispers (shouts lol) in my ear, is what im here to do. Ι wonder if you might have something to say about the complicating factor, regarding the nodal axis, of having a natal planet squaring it. My SN Cap, conjunct my ASC no less, made no sense at all, as I have been rightly accused of wearing my heart on my sleeve...UNTIL I read that the square means that BOTH nodes are familiar energies that have, however, each, been only partially developed. This really is true in my case. Thanks for anything you might have to say about what EA calls a Skipped Step. :)
