First house. Can't beat that view. and garden.
ETA: The second house only lacked a water view. Glad they found a house they liked with a water view.

The Gentleman sounds like Cary Grant. Lol. Love all the houses.

I laugh every time a couple mentions "perhaps wanting a place wit holiday-lets." It takes a lot of time and work to run one. All the cleaning and laundry every time it turns over. Unless they love this kind of work, they better have enough money to pay cleaning people.

Oh, I'm so looking forward to each new upload, thank you!🥰
Cornwall is stunningly beautiful and yum! I wouldn't say no to some tasty veggie pasties, if they have any.
House #1 was nice and had spectacular views. House #2 was just amazing, wow! Lots to maintain outside though.
The mystery house? 9/10! The house was perfect, but there's the major project in the backyard...
Margherita and team, great job! The visit to Trebah Garden was a treat as well!💚

does the kitchen table in house 2 come with the property? ... if not, why mention that it opens to seat 10?

House 2 was lovely (1 was fine but kitchen a bit small for me). Mystery had lot of room inside but small outside so for me it wouldn't work. I don't mind a smaller garden, especially if it overlooks fields or open space but that was too much hill.

One of my favourite episodes. Margeurite is such a doll and this was a very sweet couple. I would have snapped up house 2 in a heartbeat!

Firstly....Trebah your gardens are stunning, well done Darren, all credit to you. The red azaleas were absolutely stunning!!
Love the first house, second lovely but no great views, third..very new, nice and that garden project...pay someone else to plant what grows locally eg azaleas, rhodas etc go find the pub and Im sure you'll find someone to finish your garden, thats no reason not to buy the house...you did ask for a house with income possibilities...thats beautiful.

Just loved the Houses in this Episode. Superb!! ....and, as a Gardener who is in love with Ferntrees, I enjoy discovering Tribe Garden. I was surprised though to see they plant Bambus without a container, cause my Gosh, it's growing and spreading like Hell! ; ))

House 1 is a beautiful setting. The only downside to me is that the most convenient and obvious entry is the back door which leads everyone through the kitchen. I'm not sure how to fix that, but especially with a kitchen that size, guests arriving for a dinner party traipsing through would drive me up the wall.
Watching that baker rolling out the pastry, I can hear my Grandmother yelling at him. That technique is how you end up with tough pastry. You roll away from yourself always. Never back and forth. Rolling the pastry round is not that important when not making on a commercial scale. I have a saucepan lid the perfect size, so just cut out the circle. The off cuts can be used for other things.
House 2 is nice looking, but that kitchen is a deal breaker. The actual work area is small, and having a step between the range and the rest of the room is not workable. The only way it might work is if you use the table as more work surface. Not practical when the dining table is full of people.
House 3 I gave up on as soon as I saw upside down. Carrying groceries upstairs like that is another deal breaker. It would prove exhausting when you are getting in provisions for guests or a dinner party. Cooking a 5 course meal for anything up to a dozen people takes supplies, and that becomes a chore when they must all be schlepped up the stairs. Add in the slope of the land, and it would not be at all a house for me.

Oh I’ve been dying to go to Cornwall since I read Mists of Avalon as a girl. I was in love with it. I still am and I’ve never been there.
