when she Runs 3 Courses at NINJA NIGHT at Ninja Nation / PART 1

Lylah has been practicing Ninja by running obstacle courses at Ninja Nations Ninja Night on Monday Nights. Lylahs first run on September 24th she placed 1st on the podium. Lylah is getting better and better every week thanks to these courses set up at Ninja Nation. These courses test her speed, strength, balance, endurance and make her ready for any course she runs!!!
