I have a test in Cardiff Llanishen soon but I live in England. When I watch your videos what I don’t understand is that the roads seem like they should be driven at 30mph but on the street signs they say 20mph

In Wales, many streets have a speed limit of 20mph. Also, In Wales, the speed limit on some roads will be reduced from 30 to 20mph on September 17th. Before your driving test, check online for details since navigation devices may not be updated. During the test, the posted speed limit matters on the sign.
