nice keyboard collection,i greatly appreciate churches that value good sound enough to invest in its instrumentalist and their instruments.you guys are doing great.keep up the great job and God bless you richly
@GospelMusicians so awesome... just feeling the Presence of God while listening to this. Most definitely received some revelation from the Father during this!!! Much blessings from Sydney, Australia!!!
jamal Greetings, my name is Alex de Valencia Venezuela. My church plays blackgospel music and learned a lot from your tutorials since stab on hear and play, I bought some of your dvd. I wanted to tell you that you hit with your talent beyond borders used, Greetings!
The best part about it is that everyone LOOKS like they're enjoying themselves while playing... That adds a certain intangible dynamic to the performance.
The song is from the movie Poetic Justice by Janet Jackson "Again" although many may argue its origins is from genuwine the progressions are all based off the song by janet Jackson
that drummer, dude, hit me up with a prayer or something man, i need that type of skill for our ministry this side!!! bless you guys. u guys jazz ( hehe get it, you dont rock, you jazz..)
I love sessions like this, makes it so easy to write, just sitting up under the anointing lyrics flow. Nothing like it! I had to stop typing and write....lol
I love how there was a time when Jamal would reply to folks a lot. With all that knowledge, it has been a definite blessing to many. Things have clearly gotten busier these days, but much respect for the guy/musician Jamal still is.
after i watch this video only one thing i always thinking ,if possible i'm wanna play with you guys, cause i'm not see the guitar player in this video....JBU
That is so smooth. I wanted to get on my board and practice and it DIED. :( But this groove made be feel better. It's good to see anointed musicians enjoying their gifts.
nice playing...quick question, when playing rhodes piano do you use the sustain pedal sustain your chords to the next one or do you just hold the chord by hand and practice tying the chords together so that you don't get that muddy sound? Thanks!
Man you're brilliant in all you play! :D I've just bought a MOXF8 and put my old Triton Le to the top tier... so got a set up almost like yours :) I was thinking on spending some money towards a preamp, mixer or something to do my own live mix before sending to the main band mixer. Any suggestions to make those MOXF8 sounds super cool live?
Hi there I notice at times you are playing some really nice molodies in the right hand and other time in the right hand you are just extending chords is there any formula to knowing how to voice the chords in the left hand to still sound fat when you are playing the melodies
dude..u guys inspire me with every video u guys have here..i recommend this channel to lots of musicians here in l.a..would like to meet u soon..i hit the road alot..drummer..where r u guys located??..God Bless..

Hey, Jamal, I absolutely love your playing. On that laptop that you're running to the right of you, are you running any VI's, sample libraries, even NeoSoul Keys possibly?
