You are lucky. I've been trying to expand my groups "gaming horizons" for the better part of 10 years now, and with about 2 exceptions, it hasn't worked. BattleTech and 5E is all they are interested in playing.
Maybe, but I’ve done this with a few different groups over the years. I think a lot of GM’s give up a little too fast or don’t put as much plan into the presentation of alternative games on the front end. They all start at, “nope, not interested in trying anything else.” I always get them to… “you know what, we’ll give it a shot because the last one went well.” Nobody wanted to do Pathfinder 2e back in 2020, but we are finishing up our final campaign. We are switching to SWADE next, which nobody was interested in the first several times I mentioned it…. Be persistent.
