To much job for ignoticiable power gain, sorry bro but it is the true, for hellcats gain power is to easy just change air filter, pulley and some touch at the tune and gain easily +100 hp, for a 392s get +80 hp you need PCM ,air filter, throttle body, headers and exhaust, cams, switch to E85 with new fuel injectors and pump , and tune

To be honest, I think this is as American as American gets. You can haul your kids, daily drive, and be comfortable in your car and still go to the strip and race fantastic numbers at the same time. All while holding onto your factory warranty and without having to deal with the EPA. The F5 is impressive, but isn't half as practical or usable for most people. I would rather buy a Viper and make over double the Venom F5's power and still save hundreds of thousands of dollars in comparison to Hennessey's astronomical price tags.

The mods will work on any hellcat likely. Whats stopping them. I think stage 2 redeye is obviously for 19+ because thats when redeye was introduced and it has slightly more goodies under hood
@@diavontepele-clark8181 correct but has a different tune that may not be compatible with all the additions. I’m sure they can tune it to whatever it needs but there are things different with the jailbreak from a redeye similar but different plus it may be a 1 year car so warranty may not last 3-4 years on it.
Sooooo basically I'm going to be dropping a couple grand to get 40hp Since the durango hellcat doesn't have a red eye engine in it? If I understood the the redeyes are basically the only ones to get the crazy numbers?
This can be debatable depending on what you do, but keep in mind the Redeye engine is much stronger. It has a different bottom end, different heads, most strengthening parts of which come from the Demon. That being said it also has the larger 2.7 liter supercharger which is where the extra 90 horsepower comes from over the "standard" Hellcat. They push more power out of the Redeye because of the nature of the engine's construction. It is much safer to push bigger power out of a Redeye engine without having to do significant engine changes.
@@02hockeystick19 I get the the redeye engine is better, but that's literally no justification for this 😂 I think the biggest difference is the redeye engine has better lubrication, the blower might be bigger but it can't be spun as fast as the hellcat blower therefore it will fail sooner. Besides were not talking about "max builds" here were talking about a street able 1000whp which is more then possible on a hellcat stock block and internals

No it has to run off 100. It's race gas
