its a giant farm effluent pond it going to be used to store effluent from the farm cowsheds and pumped onto the farm when paddocks are dry.the solids are pressed out of the effluent and liquid is pumped 2 km to this pond we building .

so apart from the dam and what not, what are the owners planning to do with it?
