I believe Barkha is a true blue genuine witness of what happened in 1999 regardless of how people view being civilians- Indian borders call in for more than judgemental actions and criticism- my dad was the part of this war from EME regiment where she was reporting. Respecting her for what she did with her unshakable enthusiasm is the way forward. Indian army tend to face and at the same time possess a different emotional ideology of Indian geography, pride and history compared to some civilians. Unwavering respect for her☺️

Wonderful lady, the most impressive television journalists of our time. She had immensely contributed popularizing the television news. However her detachment with NDTV is very unfortunate. Because, this is perhaps the only sensible TV news channel left in today's India. The interview could not enlighten that part. This is very enriching interview otherwise. Thanks.

She is so good but sadly not to be seen nowadays on tv. Best Compere and interviewer she was. Smart and empathetic. Loved her - we the people - show. She handled it with so much empathy. But why is she wearing this maternal kind gown !
Bad interviewer. On the other hand Barkha's story was quite amazing.
Any interviewer in front of Barkha can't match her excellence so why say bad to someone who's putting her effort to do her best?

I am not a Barkha fan but I respect her interviewing skills. Renuka David was the wrong person to interview Barkha if this was meant to be a grilling. She is an adoring fan. A candid honest interview would have touched on some uncomfortable questions. Where are these? So a little disappointed.
After leaving NDTV or being thrown out, I don't know which, Barkha 's potential, energy is not getting the right platform, right exposure. It is a pity and a loss not only hers but India's too. Her mojo story doesn't do her justice and an investigative, brilliant and best known war correspondent has been a shadow of herself. Would have loved her reporting on international level as war reporter.
Why you want her to be war correspondent?
Because for one India has not one war reporter at international level and she has without doubt shown that she has guts,stubbornness and above all a gentle, almost humanitarian touch to war reporting. Secondly her reporting at ground level suits her more than questioning some politician or actor in a studio. she blossoms on the ground and brings out nuances in her reports as is evident in this corona time.

Barkha is show woman. She is a self serving sensational journalist as you can see from her stance in Arbnav Goswami case when he was sent to jail. She said she will end her evening with ice cream. She has been rebuked multiple times by president of the country, Sad guru and so many eminent personalities for her stupid questions.

This was total waste of my time but since I already watched it, here are my two cents.
Barkha, you are not doing good, noone cares about you or whatever online thing you are doing.
Look at the number of views on this video only, few thousand in almost a week. That's nothing.
Indian has population of 1.3 billion and most of them don't vote for BJP (your enemy). Then how come you don't get views?
BTW, it is so sad to arrange your own interview on your own channel.
Rapidfire was definitely rehearsed. The entire interview was otherwise why no questions on Radia tapes, your exit from NDTV and then from Kapil Sibal's channel.
