    I thought from the black and white thumbnail that it was gonna be some gritty true crime story about some noodles, but I'm glad that I got to learn about how they're made ♥

    Very cool! It's awesome seeing makers that walk that line between using machines to help a handmade process and becoming operators of an entirely machinated process!
