But seriously with passive internet with solar panel and generator or battery pack it would be pretty ok to live in Odesa ! Of course it cost $$ but you can spend on yourself not bad girls !

But from what I heard from that man who repaired my generator, investing something like 2,000 USD in a custom system with solar panels, good controller and batteries is more than enough to live in any apartment.
The only problem that you may face is if apartment is located on a high floor as elevators in 98% of buildings do not work during these blackouts and you will have to walk upstairs or downstairs.
When do you think Ukrainian men will be able to cross border?
