Original laal mas don't use onion. Basic laal mas uses some spices , mathaniya mirch ginger , garlic and pure ghee and mutton only these ingredients.

In the beginning I thought at last somebody knows how to cook authentic Laal Mass but the moment he put Mustard Oil and curd the receipe got flop...
For your kind information LAAL MASS is made only in pure ghee. Mathania red chillies garlic ginger and few whole garam massala only...
Anything else if you out...one ruined the authentic receipe.😂😢😅
