- Took China Airlines from Vancouver to Taipei on their Airbus A350-900
I find This airline is hugely underrated for trans Pacific flights from YVR. I hope you enjoyed this simple trip report :)

Took a China Airlines flight from YVR to Taipei last May 22, 2024 and it took us almost 13 hours flight. Impressed by the accomodation by FA's and the two sumptous meals served on board plus the free headset provided to us. Washrooms are clean, seats are comfortable. I love flying China Airlines.
On board meal were from Vancouver air kitchen... They make some good meals.
Hiya. Enjoyed the video. Simple got to the point. People who complain about economy should understand. You are flying economy not business or first class you get what you pay for. Just enjoy the flight..

Took this flight a month ago and they were great. Unfortunately, China Airline's website and phone app are both horrible to use.
I Have Experience China Airlines For Some Years Back On The A350-900 In Business Class And Premium Economy.I Love The Product.Great Work

@@cdnsilverdaddy I just took EVA business class from TPE to YVR. The aircraft is very outdated, and EVA's service and foods are getting worse now!

Just to point out that the seat is specified separately, by the individual airline, it isn't decided by Boeing or Airbus !

kinda wish i flown china airlines since it seems up from eastern and have direct flights to chengdu from london

They did announce the flight was full prior to boarding :) based on my observations at the time there was probably 4-5 seats empty in economy class.

I've flown both multiple times on this route, and prefer China Airlines if flying in PE class, and also prefer the Airbus 350-900 over any Boeing product.
@@nvan78 the PE does not tilt back... it just slides so the leg room becomes shorter
hopefully starlux will come to Vancouver and they, EVA would have to use the Airbus at least.. the business class is dated but the service is top notch we are okay with that
