Nairobi is an overcrowded mess with zoning ineptness and simply apathy. The Nairobi-centric nature of our country is beyond repair. People need to relocate elsewhere before even thinking of migrating to Kenya.

In fact the Nairobi Centrism is cured when all the new 47 capital cities are moneyed enough to develop them into standard cities. It is as if we need to build Climate Change resistant cities . The UN is to give the world the Global Standard City Plan that all locations in the world must follow for them to be a Standard City fit for Human Life.
Again this needs money a d every administrative unit should a branch of the Central Bank from which the administrator will draw finances to build the Global Standard City and assist the residents welfare.
