@@Spirit_fan I just searched up "Toys R Us" in Google Maps and there were results for those that aren't in business anymore, as well as the odd recently opened stores dotted about. Obviously the Stoke-on-Trent ones I knew about because I would used to go to that Toys R Us the most out of anywhere else.
The one in Manchester is completely demolished now but if u jump over the barriers u can see that some people have made the area into a nice diy skatepark :) it’s called gooseside
I think the worst thing about becoming a parent recently is never being able to take my kid to a Toys R Us. My local one recently got turned into a B&M, they even had the audacity to change the layout of the entrance & exit. I refuse to go in because I feel that will just ruin me and the little bit of child I have left in me.
They shut down. No clue what exactly happened to the building though. My guess is that it got demolished. Edit: Central Retail Park, the lot that Toys R Us, Babies R Us, and a few other stores were once housed in got demolished. Soon, apartments are going to be built on the land where the lot once was.
